Tandoori chicken recipe:
Marination:
4 tbsp Ginger Garlic
1 tsp Salt
4 tsp Tandoori masala
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Cumin powder
1/2 cup Curd
2 tsp Oil
Naan recipe:
Dough:
3 cups Maida
2 tsp Yeast
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Cumin/Zeera
2 tbsp Milk powder
4 tbsp Oil
1 cup or 1.5 cup Warm milk

No need to use coal, just user bottom burner for tandoori chicken. Place a 14" pizza tray at bottom so you will have no need to clean tandoor bottom all times. Just wash this pizza tray every time. Don't use iron rack to keep chicken legs, Insert chicken pieces in Iron seekhs and just keep inside in parallel way. It takes on 30 minutes to cook chicken legs. Turn sides after 15 minutes. At home we can cook more good than hotels. Find some best chicken marination online.
I have a lage size tandoor , bought it 3 months back. It is fantastic , tandoori chicken is the best i made , naans r ok and pizza cooks very well and in kess than 19 minutes.
One more thing , dont close the Dhaka completely, let a small area open , cook on very low heat , my tsndoori chicken took around 40 to 50 min to cook completely and change the sides after 2o min.
I cooked it packed in foil and without foil too.
Cooked well but i am more comfortable when packed in foil .
When cooking chicken use only down burner, if u use both burners , chicken will turn black .
but for naan use both down and side burner .
