Glass wool should never be rammed so tight, as shown in the video.
It will loose its insulation properties
Another issue is, the Tandoor is round, but it's steel body is square. At the diagonal point in the square , there is more insulation and in the middle of the 4 sides of the square, there's very less insulation.
For best results, the steel body also round shaped. The dia of the steel body should be atleast 300 mm more than the Tandoor outer diameter, which means there is 150mm insulation on each side.
25mm of Ceramic glass wool as first layer
125mm of heat insulating bricks and mortar.
This will give very good results
On the Tandoor first insulation should be

सलाम आलेकुम खुर्शिद साहब,
आपकी बहुत सारी रेसिपीज देखी। तंदुर भरने से लेकर रेस्टाॅरंट स्टाईल वेज, कश्मिरी पुलाव से, घरमें बनाये यखनी, अफ़गानी पुलाव से लेकर कलकत्ता के कबीरजी मोमोज तक बहुतसी रेसीपीज देखी। हर एक रेसिपी बेहतरीन और आसान सी लगती रही, बावजूद इसके की वो वाकई मे मुश्कील होगी या हो सकती थी। शायद यही आपकी ख़ासीयत होगी, की मुश्कील से मुश्कील रेसीपी को आसान करके दिखाना ताकि नवसिकीयोको भी लगे की वह भी एक अच्छा शेफ़ बन सकता है।
बह़रहाल आपकी सभी रेसिपीज और विडीओज वाक़‌ई उमदा है। यह बात आपको बतानेका ख़याल आया तो, तो तय नहीं कर पाया की किस रेसीपीके विडीयो के नीचे काॅमेंट्स लिखे। इसी लिये सोचा, की रेसीपीयोंसे हटकर कही काॅमन जगह पर लिखे। और इसी इरादे से यह 'तंदुर भरने' का विडीओ चुना, ताकि सभी रेसिपीज एक साथ तारिफ़ की हकदार हो।

Even if the boys handle glass wool without gloves and mask, it is our duty to advise them to do so or provide them with gloves and masks and not to allow further work without the minimum protective gear. Pl take it positively the next time you install a tandoor.

I just made one with 200 Lt drum and large flower pot
Mine I can use as a tandoor or grill oh and also I can use coal or gas or both.
