Ingredientes
1 bolo de massa sovada (de 6 dias)
1 1/2 xícara de leite (adicione mais se necessário)
3 ovos (adicione mais ovos se necessário)
Fritar
1/2 xícara de óleo vegetal - ou o suficiente para cobrir o fundo da frigideira (adicione mais óleo conforme necessário)
Para cobrir a Fatia Dourada ou Rabanada
1 colhere de sopa de canela em pó
1/2 xícara de açúcar granulado
* Frite cada lado da fatia dourada até dourar levemente - aproximadamente 1 1/2 minutos de cada lado em fogo baixo a médio

Ingredients
1 sweetbread (6 days old)
1 1/2 cups of milk (add more if needed)
3 eggs (add more eggs if needed)
To fry
1/2 cup of vegetable oil - or enough to cover bottom of fry pan (add more oil as needed)
To coat the French Toast
1 Tablespoons of cinnamon powder
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
*Fry each side of the French toast until lightly golden - approximately 1 1/2 minutes on each side on low to medium heat

You want to ensure that your leftover sweetbread is at least 6 days old. The massa drys out the longer it sits. Don't over soak the sweetbread in the egg and milk mixture as well. Enjoy. Thank you😊
