BIFANAS
Ingredients for Marinade
1/2 Teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of ground white pepper
1 Teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 Tablespoon of hot pepper sauce
3 cloves of garlic
500 ml of beer
Salt for seasoning
13 pork cutlets
3 large onions
1 red bell pepper
Olive oil to fry
1 cup of tomato sauce
Serves 6 to 8

Ingredientes para Marinada
1/2 colher de chá de pimenta preta moída
(A seu gosto)
1/2 colher de chá de pimenta branca moída
1 Colher de chá de páprica doce
1 colher de sopa de molho de pimenta
3 dentes de alho
500 ml de Cerveja
Sal para temperar ou seu gosto
13 costeletas de porco
3 cebolas grandes
1 pimentão vermelho
Azeite para fritar
1 xícara de molho de tomate
Serve de 6 a 8

Hi Lina. I used pork loin for the bifanas. My butcher cut thin slices for bifanas. Generally you can choose your own piece of pork loin and have your butcher slice it for you or you can do it yourself at home. Thank you🥰

Hi Nancy, I love bifanas, it's such an easy recipe and yet soooo tasty, and those buns.............oh they look sooooo good. Nothing like a bifana in a home made fresh bun.
