100 ml ketchup (3.4 fl oz)
60 ml balsamic vinegar (2 fl oz)
60 g brown sugar (2.1 oz)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon honey
Dough:
400 g all-purpose flour (14 oz)
300 g yogurt (10.5 oz)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon baking powder
Olive oil for frying

This is a wonderful recipe! You could easily change the flavor of these hot pockets, by substituting pizza sauce or barbecue sauce, or any other sauce you like for the sauce you used today.
