This sounds rude to say because his voice is heavenly, but even though it’s not my favorite it fills my heart and makes me whole. That part just kills me, KILLS ME. She looks so in peace and like she’d rather be nowhere else and that’s how we all want to be, and I think that’s what is so fufilling. And even though she’s probably heard his (singing) voice thousands of times, she looks like it’s the first time. That’s what love is though isn’t it? Hai ragione su Ed Sheeran, l'espressione di per sè ha un'accezione negativa, ma non era il senso che volevo dare. Gli inglesi/americani non amano molto anche solo ascoltare una canzone in una lingua diversa dalla loro figurati cantarla. Nella loro classifica ci saranno 2-3 pezzi all'anno (se è tanto) in una lingua diversa dall'inglese, mentre nel resto del mondo è normalissimo sentire canzoni di cui non si capiscono le parole. Intendevo dire che Bocelli è uno dei pochi casi in cui mettono da parte questa ritrosia nei confronti di tutto ciò che non gli appartiene, proprio perchè lui è uno dei pochi che ha la capacità di farglielo apprezzare.

I am a baritone fan, But Ed's tenor just gives me goosebumps. His sing is so lovely, and I take nothing away from that, but jesus, Him with Bocelli. If you look to "Perhaps Love" by John Denver, and then with John Denver and Placido Domingo there is that same chemistry;

Omgshhh! Ed Sheehan’s song “Perfect” is absolutely beautiful but the Italian version with Andrea Bocelli made it a masterpiece! For my wedding I walked down the aisle to the original song. I start dating my husband when I was 15 yrs old. Now we’re both 25 yrs old and married this year! So this song is very special for us. ❤️

Just watched a recent British interview with Bocelli in which they asked him how the collaboration with Sheeran went. Bocelli mentioned that he had tried this song out in a pop style and Sheeran had asked him to do it in his operatic voice. Sheeran was totally right. I was not aware of this collaboration and it sheds a great light on Sheeran too.

Just watched a recent British interview with Bocelli in which they asked him how the collaboration with Sheeran went. Bocelli mentioned that he had tried this song out in a pop style and Sheeran had asked him to do it in his operatic voice.
