I found this on IMSLP. It is arranged by Jeff Manookian, (sadly recently deceased), from his album "Overture Themes." He was a pianist so there are good phrase markings, but not much for bowings or fingerings. I have an orchestra playing this in an upcoming concert and we've been solving these questions along the way, but I do not have a "master" with clean bowings or fingerings transcribed.
Yes, I did use 2nd pos. there. 2nd is more efficient, but also more advanced, younger players (for whom this arrangement is intended) may be more comfortable going to 3rd.
I know this is a big ask and a real long shot but do you have PDFs of this with all the Boeing and fingerings written in??????

@@nuyco2491 I am going to 2nd . Sometimes the G Sharp isn't always inn tune and I have to adjust
