1 cup - toor dal
2 Tbsp - oil
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
1 tsp - Grated Garlic
1 tsp - Grated Ginger
1 chopped - onion
2-3 Green chili
1/2 tsp - red chili powder
1/2 tsp - Garam masala
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
2 chopped - tomato
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
2 cup - chopper spinach( palak)
2 cup - water or as required
For Tadka!!
1 Tbsp - Ghee
Hing
Dry red chili
1 tsp - kashmiri lal mirch
For Jeera rice!!
1 cup - Basmati rice
1 spoon - Ghee
1 Tsp - Cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1. 5 Cup - water
Chopped Coriander leaves
