Preparation time- 30 minutes
Serving - 3
Ingredients:
Dal fry-
Toor dal- 1/2 cup
Moog dal - 1/4 cup
Onion- 1
Tomato-1
Garlic cloves - 4
Coriander leaves (optional)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Bay leaves -1
Dry red chilli - 2
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
Jeera rice:
Rice -1 glass
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Bay leaves -2
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Black cardamom- 1
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Cooking oil- 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Water - 2 glass

Ma'am I got stuck due to lockdown alone. My wife was away from me for about 3 weeks and by the time lockdown was lifted I was able to make so may recipes because of your channel.
