Beautiful! Out of genuine curiosity, why do the glitter butt process instead of covering the bottom as you did the sides? Does it help with ensuring the bottom is level? Thank you!
I personally like the look of the glitter butt. The glitter portion is more inset and adds more depth to the bottom of the cup.
wow!!! what was the number for the grit sandpaper? 220? Was that the only time you did sandy towards the end of making this tumbler?
Yes. I use 220 grit. I sanded it at the very beginning and before the last coat on this cup. I will sand in between when it needs it
