Johnson 50 HP Outboard motor first start up in 5 years.

Purchased this motor on our 71' Bell Boy Barracuda Creek Boat (Yet to be restored) back on the 10th August 2014.
Today was the first time it had been started since the previous owner had it.

You may be the man to help me.
I noticed you gave a thumbs up when you put your hand near that small piss hole, on the back side of the motor, not the main tel tale. Is water supposed to come out that small hole in the white engine housing? Is it also supposed to squirt out the exhaust when you rev it? I rebuilt my water pump and it didn't show to put an oring on the driveshaft near the top of the water pump plastic housing.
Anyway, just curious what that small piss hole is on the back side of the motor ( boat side) just about where the lower unit mounts. Thanks man!

Yes, water should come out of the prop hub with the exhaust, and the lower water pump indicator outlet, and of course the tell tail. Happy Boating my friend 🎣👌

I would add extra oil if the motor was sitting less wear

Exactly what I done mate.
Pulled the plugs, and poured a very rich fuel blend into each cylinder 👌🍻
