Ryan DeGrave no. You can like the lyrics for example. But it doesn't change the fact that they are absolutely pathetic. Anybody. And I mean anybody could write these shitty fucking lyrics. The vocals offer nothing. They have zero soul and the production doesn't help that whoever fucking sings this song has no idea how to actually pinch his throat or sing through his diaphragm or anything. So they come out incredibly quiet with literally 0 impact. The instrumentation is dull and uninspired too. Back to the lyrics somebody writing a fucking song about Alex from A Clockwork Orange is a fucking terrible idea. Even if you're a good lyricist. Because Alex as a character doesn't work in music. He is a theatrical character that simply doesn't work in this art format. Let alone that fact that whoever's writing it doesn't know how to write well.
Ryan DeGrave actually I have heard at least 6 of their songs. They're a fucking terrible band. I actually really wanted to like them because this girl I had a crush on told me that they're her favorite band. They suck dicks man. And coming from the fact that I just gave you like 7 different reasons why they're bad and your only response was "obviously you're unfamiliar with the adicts" that just tells me you literally have nothing you can say back that could even stress the argument that they're good. Give me a reason I've said this three times and you still won't. They are a fucking terrible band!
Ryan DeGrave I honestly cannot believe you actually think the lyrics, vocals, or anything are good. There is having opinions and then there's having opinions that are flat out wrong. I'm not putting Any thing about what I like into this. It's 100% objective. You realize that one of my favorite bands of all time, Coldplay, I just absolutely love. But I still don't think they're a very good band. Because instead of getting blinded saying shit like "oh I like these lyrics" I think objectively and because if that I actually understand what talent is.
