This drive wonders around the coast and through Westmore, VT on the shore of Lake Willoughby. The stunning lake at the foot of two mountains coming together the mountain backdrop creates an ideal Vermont scene. Just a few hours east of Burlington and on the western side of the White Mountains in New Hampshire this scenic drive captures the early autumn colors as fall begins to paint the trees.
The foliage of the Green Mountains in Vermont draws leaf peepers from around New England, the northeast, and the United States. The rolling green hills, famous maple syrup stands, and stunning rivers demonstrate the beauty and simplicity of Vermont making it a perfect fall destination for tourists, travelers, and everyone in between.
