      I used to play with it as a kid sometimes when my mom would accidentally break a thermometer. It was truly fascinating stuff.

    Horseback riding, *if done right* is quite a heavy cardio though. However most people sit on a horse like a sack of potatoes and do nothing more than fuck up the horse. So I suggest if exercise is the goal do something where your "equipment" doesn't have a mind of it's own
