Hi Carolina, so sorry you are/were going through this. I have a lot of trauma from my childhood and have issues with anxiety and depression. Things like affirmations do not work for me. As my nervous system is dysregulated, I highly recommend reading The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel Van Der Kolk if you haven't already. Or Gabor Mate When the Body Says No. Lots of ❤️ Nicola

I'm doing better in the summer months, going to bed at 10 or 11 & getting up 5am to 8am, seeing more of the day. Going to stay at my parents in Welsh countryside next week, so totally out of comfort zone. Be good to see them, not seen since before pandemic. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Best wishes. x

How did the Pregabalin work out for you? I was prescribed it for leg pain but I haven't started it yet. I don't know if I should? did you go off it and what happened if you did?
Hello Carolina, your videos are so relatable to me. I am on Lyrica 75mg x 2 per day. I am tapering. I have ms and other autoimmune conditions. Fatigue is problematic for sure. I have found Marisa Peers work helpful and looking at EMDR at the mo, obviously no magic bullet. You've done a great job doing these videos. Best wishes and thank you. 😊
Hiya Carolina, its been a while now, so just checking in. I'm making progress, I've got into a sleep routine & I'm in bed at 10:30pm & up at 7/8am every day. Its improved my well being so much. However, my productivity hasn't improved. that's the next step. Hope ypou getting on better too. Look forward to hearing from you. x
Exercise is great for anxiety and helps with sleep. As someone who often struggles to leave the house, I totally understand the shopping dopamine hit strategy. Keep positive
