At minute 6:25 you talk about the stains that are formed on the stove top if you dont clean your top from factory oils. How do we do that? What cleaning products or methods do you recommend. Just bought a Rosa L and I see the oils on top from factory but not sure what to do

The temperature of the fire depends on wood species, amount of air being let in, how much you put in and wood moisture content. Whether the piece of wood was split directly from a round from a tree or was cut into boards first and built into a pallet plays no role. Both are still wood.
