I think that's a bit of a stretch. While the touching was weird and too much, it was on the arm and hand. Not the tits and ass. I don't think just because a woman didn't swat him away on a podcast, doesn't mean she was sexual abused (not including Bella Thorne ofc).
@@superstraight8402 whether it’s on the arm or ass, there should be consent or at least a level of familiarity between the two. Touching someone you know can be awkward but the fact that you personally know them eases the tension a bit. I hate even having to say this shit, but, women and girls are expected to be polite especially in the workplace. A woman with a normal upbringing may set a boundary or just avoid. A woman that has been abused has had that inate right stripped from her. She will be more comfortable with unwanted touch. Bill Maher should absolutely know better. Especially in this day and age in Hollywood.

I heard a story on Stern, I think, in the 90s or 2000s where Bill supposedly was driving in a limo with some groupie slut. After he breaks up with her, he has the limo driver drop off the woman at the nearest hospital, just in case she became suicidal because the great Bill Maher, dumped her, and she could go on living.
