Even jobs I initially liked were ruined by managers micromanaging, and childish co-workers ruining things for everybody. Switching to self employment, despite the pay cut, has been improving my mental health massively over the last few months, and the time flexibility has been making my college classes so much more manageable
At the end, you guys looked like a band who just performed their first concert, and even though nobody clapped, you were super proud of yourselves for just having done it. That's a magical moment for anyone who's ever experienced it.
