Well you got me hooked. Is Frisk going to be the one in charge of the genocides or will that be set towards the player? I'm asking since Chara looks much more positive that usually depicted. Also I'm very much excited for these ships and videos. A semi-aware Papyrus is always welcomed

I view it as the player as it is you controlling Frisk however, it may also be targeted towards Frisk as they are not entirely blameless
