The LM1 is def one of my favorite sounding exhausts for the 5.7 10/10 would recommend it to ANYONE wanting a nice sounding setup. Easy install as well!
@@justanother300 did you buy the full catback or is it just the mufflers. I'm thinking of doing the slp mufflers because I don't see myself spending 600 on the full catback when I can get the 2 mufflers for 200
@@Bill-bi7sk I made the mistake of buying the full catback. It definitely was worth it at the time, as I didn’t have access to a shop. The catback pipes are wider than the stock pipes and everything fits in place nicely as long as you have some WD40 for the exhaust mounts. But if you can get some custom piping for cheaper. I’d do that.

I prefer to have everything Mercedes-Benz Parts (the best part right there) in the 300 than Fiat parts in a new 300. 2005 sounds old but everything are still a big step up from my 2015 Hyundai Sonata base that are basic as hell. I like Mercedes-Benz too but Chrysler 300 even the 300C are more affordable for me Absolute sexiest Chrysler so far
Consider a gear swap. 2.82 (210mm ring gear) is what you have. For 300 bucks you can get a junkyard 3.06. Don’t take my word for any of this as I have yet to do this. 06-08 (3.06) SRT diff has 215mm ring gear with axels that fit your existing hubs but you’ll need to replace the back half of driveshaft. 09-2014 3.06 diff (215mm ring gear) fits existing driveshaft. You can use 09-2014 half shafts but they are bigger so you’ll need to change hubs. I “WANT” a 3.23 LSD but that’s big $$$$$
Absolutely ^^ You may have to worry about your front suspension after you put some miles on it (especially if you drive like a bat outta hell). But, that’s fairly cheap to fix.

Only if MDS is on. Disable it and you’re golden. Not much more noise than the sound the engine already made through the firewall. With MDS on however, sounds like shit. Inside and outside the car. I have a video on my channel of driving with my GoPro next to my exhaust (not the first video). I show what MDS sounds like on the outside.
@@dillan1875 well, yea. The car comes with a 5.7. You can put a bigger engine in it. Just need to know what to do, what to upgrade to handle the added weight/power. And you’ll need to get a new ECU. I personally would rather keep the 5.7, stroke it, cam, and make more power that way.

But if it is on the highway I'm afraid to get the V8 Hemi in that I'll pick the v6 3.5 instead and if you dont mind bro how much is the price dollar per gallon of the premium unleaded in the US? Coz here in the Philippines it's around 55 pesos per liter which cost 1dollar per liter but if in mpg i think it is cost around 1.5 dollar per gallon.
@@angunotv I get closer to 16-17 highway. 12-14 city, and 10 or lower when I’m doing dumb things. Gas prices here are around 4.30 USD a gallon for premium in my area. But that can change depending on what area you’re in.
Fitment was a bit of an issue. My exhaust tips aren’t even at all. I’ve tried fixing it myself, but it always seems to reseat itself back into that saggy position. From what I’ve read on forums though, I might just have a trouble child, since nobody else really seemed to have any issues with it. I’m thinking about taking it to an exhaust shop and letting them mess with it though. Ultimately, the exhaust, despite looking like it has 2 mufflers, is just a straight pipe from the cats-back. It would be cheaper to take your car to the shop and have them straight pipe it. But I’m extra, and needed the SLP logo. So there’s that. Thank you for checking out the video ^^

@@kingstonlabelle6954 I know right! It was def a purchase I haven't regretted. I haven't had to do any maintenance outside of oil/tires/spark plugs. It didn't really NEED any of that when I got it, but I did it anyways to get it over with.
@@justanother300 it’s nice on the lower side of the rpm range but it gets really Honda raspy up top plus unfortunately it cracked near the mids so I might have to get another exhaust

Hah, I see what you’re saying. You have to be behind the wheel to get the experience. I’ve driven a couple chargers, and I honestly prefer this. Everything down to the look, the feel, the comfort, and of course, the V8. It’s certainly not an engine you’d expect to find in the car, but that’s half the fun. Helps at street meets too when things get too spicy.
