- The National Association of Music Educators (NAfME) asked the Barbershop Harmony Society to choose the artists for the final show of the 2016 National In-Service Conference held in Grapevine TX. We thought that the Vocal Majority would be an ideal choice! Here, they are joined by Main Street and Vibe for the grand finale, Tribute to World Peace.

Way to go Tony that solo was amazing . I bet that guy with the phone had a talk too
My favorite part was watching the guy in the front desperately trying to shut off the ringer on his cell phone. Seriously beautiful song though, these guys definitely know how to perform.
Tony's solo tho
Tony's voice has no equal! Bravo!!!!
Nice job, fellows!
So beautiful
Enjoy!
Listening to this performance is so appropriate for this day...9/11/2010...remembering all those who perished on this historic day.
And I am listening on 9/11/22...
Now this is the way to ring in the NEW YEAR!
With a surprise Jim Henry! This was a great treat to listen to and watch. Main Street is so incredibly unified in their vowels and timing.
Soooooooo good. This is one of the most underrated organizations in music performance. Always a treat.
there's as many in the audience as there are on stage!
Amazing job Tony!
I don't understand why you're so obsessed with Barbershop?
6:31 That's why.
Of the several versions of the World peace number, this was the head and shoulders best "one voice" solo. And the lighting proves they knew it was going to be. The staging did not favor the "one song" section the same way.
I would love to hear more solos from Tony!
Check out Tony when he sang with Platinum. He sings Bring Him Home. It is absolutely awesome. Tony is oh so talented. 🎼❤🎼
Turn off your phones people
Is this a different arrangement? The quartets didn't sound quite blended as well. Blend is a major piece to quartets.
