  • How's it going, guys?
Last week we install the heat exchanger.
Now it's time to get ready for the real gains. So, this week it's dual pulley time! Single pulley has been fun, but it's time for bigger and better! Stage 2 here we come! 😈
There will be a dyno video will be coming shortly!
    Stay TUNED!

Another good vid , you might also wantto mention that people going with a larger lower crank pulley “207mm” or such need to grind off a tab on the block that’s near lower pulley, or the belt will hit it ..

Do you do installs for customers or are these cars friends/family?

Need to see this dyno video lol, would you recommended DP? Or just going OneAndDone single big crank pulley?

My personal preference would be to do the one and done single big crank lower pulley, because then you have less of a chance of the upper pulley falling off. Best of luck on your install.

@@boostdynamictuning thank you for the reply, I think the OAD pulley is a better choice as well.

What did you mention about that Audi took to crank it over ?????? My motor sized and the tech did it normally and couldn’t get it to crank over by hand

You should remove the coolant line to the reservoir vs the radiator and it’ll give you tons more room.

Not possible, if you've performed this job you'll see the line goes to another part of the coolant system. So this means undoing two brittle plastic parts. Either way will get it done. Less touching brindle plastic parts the better. Also some cars don't have the second coolant line down below. For example older s4's or a6

How did you not have to grind with the 187mm?
