I always found it peculiar that NFS games in the 2000s always had some shitbox not sold in the Americas to appeal to Euro players.
Peugeots were in the Underground games in the 206 and 106. The Corsa in UG2. The Punto being added last minute to Most Wanted. There's also the Clio V6, Brera, Leon Cupra, Scirocco 2.0 TSI, and Megane TCe 180, but I wouldn't really call them "shitboxes" (especially not the Clio V6).

when i first played need for speed underground, i needed an hdmi adapter from my ps2 to my tv. the adapter just so happens to force input video into 1080p, meaning everything has gaussian blur and i cant see anything.
Now do the same series, but in Underground 2. The European version has two Peugeot cars, 206 and 106.
