We’ll land in Hamilton island in a few weeks!🎉 and are thinking to go around Whitehaven and Whitsundays etc. so a great informative video☺️! Especially about Hill Inlet! That’s exactly what I needed to know🥰
Hi guys! I love watching your videos, especially this one as it is a huge inspiration for planning my upcoming Whitsundays trip. Just a questions, which Ocean Rafting tour did you go on - the Northern Exposure or the Southern Lights? Which one do you think is better? Cheers!
Hey! Thanks so much for the support, it means so much :) Of course, we booked the Northern Exposure which includes a visit to the hill inlet: www.getyourguide.com/airlie-beach-l868/from-airlie-beach-whitsundays-full-day-trip-with-rafting-t192783/?partner_id=FSY3Z8I& Hope that helps! Hi guys, thank you so much for the great info! I'm planning a 4-5 days trip with my family, and we're debating whether to stay on Hamilton Island or Airlie Beach. After watching this video, I'm curious about your recommendation. Which do you think is the best option for a family vacation? Thanks :)
Hey! You can check out our Hamilton island guide in our Australia series where we did 5 days there, that might be able to show you if Hamilton island is for you or not 😄
Hey guys, quick question- we are going on the ocean rafting trip visiting hill inlet and Whitehaven beach. North and south parts are covered. Just wondering why you had to go back to Whitehaven again via a diff trip? Was it not included?
Hey Rajesh! When we went on the Ocean rafting tour we went to the hill inlet which is the north end of the beach. We didn't visit the south end of Whitehaven beach so we visited on a separate trip :)
This is the exact tour we did: www.getyourguide.com/airlie-beach-l868/from-airlie-beach-whitsundays-full-day-trip-with-rafting-t192783/?partner_id=FSY3Z8I&
did you guys stay in airlie beach the entire time and just take day trips to and from the islands? how long was the boat ride from airlie to the hill inlet?
Hey Melissa, we also stayed on Hamilton island (we did a Vlog on this too) and we did some trips from there. We also based ourselves in Bowen for a few nights, as well as Airlie beach for a few nights :)
Some of the happiest days of my life were spent in the Whitsundays and The Great Barrier Reef!
It’s a special place indeed! 🏝️
That was such an epic intro y’all 😮

Well lucky us then. We are buying a large cruising boat and berthing it at Airlie Beach so we can explore all that the Whitsundays has to offer.
amazing!
So which smaller companies do you suggest for the day trips to the inlet? Thanks

Thank you for sharing, what month of the year was it? From your experience is it worth going in January?
Hey! We visited during August time, not too sure what January would be like but I imagine it will be a lot warmer :)
What brand of backpack is Alex's?? It looks very nice and good size!❤️

Hi :) how many days was that trip ?
Hey Marianne, our Whitsundays trip was around 10 days :)

These places were truly beautiful long before all you turkeys ," discovered" them. Now they're crawling with tourists.
Seems like privilage of rich people.
