I sent my sound processor to you guys Dec 29 2020. The mailing process was a nightmare due to Canada Post. HOWEVER, you guys came thru in a big pinch. I received my unit Today (Mar 22nd 2021). I installed it this afternoon. I'm listening to Colin James One More Mile. The sound is awesome. Thankyou!!! I can't recommend you guys enough!!! Canada Post is a completely 'nother storey??
Hi Harvey, thanks for the comment. Enjoy the music. Canada post get you there but it takes a long time depending on the time of year. We hardly ever lose any items going to Canada and when we do we replace them. ed Invebo Support
Hi i bought a bose sounddock portable at a thrift store yesterday and i tested it. It turns on with power and the aux input works. But my problem is when i use the volume buttons on the unit they seem to be delayed. Meaning if i press it it takes a second for the green light to show and the volume to go up or down.
What about the remote control- if the music is playing from a playlist, say, spotify, can I press next on the remote and change the song without touching the screen of the mobile device?
I just picked up a second hand Series 2 Bose Sound Dock off Ebay and i have tried the alternative blue tooth bypass of pressing the two volume buttons and then trying to pair it with my phone to no avail. It will not work and my phone will not find the Sound Dock after numerous attempts. I have the exact same model Sound Dock which is in this video too.

Have you already tried to send your upgrade kit to the philippines? How was it did the customer received the package?
My Sounddock 2 doesn't have bluetooth built in. I've had to use a dongle since day dot.

Does this kit have the ability to disable the Auto Off feature? I absolutely can't stand that part of my Sounddock Series II

Is sounds as It hasn't got our Bluetooth upgrade fitted. It left the factory without Bluetooth. www.invebo.com

No Sorry - Apple put paid to that when they encrypted the audio stream and would sell licencees to to any company whop wasn't a major manufacturer.
