This video is all about the experience I had in vipassana meditation centre. Buddha taught us the technique vipassana to overcome the human being’s struggling. This video will show the journey of my 10 days course in the vipassana meditation centre. I’ve learned a lot about the way of living and I’ve gained inexpressible knowledge . Vipasanna is nothing but seeing as it is. This is my first step into my spiritual journey. I wanted to share you all this information so that anyone of may change your life or your perspective. I am practice Vippasana last 2 years. Very essential one in day to day life. Everyday, every moment I am keep moving inside with any action which is leading me to see the things as it is. It will always keeps you to look inside. So it improves your confidence even if you don't have any skills to survive but it forms naturally, even if you are financially lack but it enables understanding of sufficiency, even with any uncertainty but you vibe graceful. I have lot to talk. But you can experience it when you practice the observation without evaluating like this is pleasant/ unpleasant. Because it always arise and passes away. Anything you experience in body through mind is Impermance.

I went there and attended. Got a new experience and perspective of life. But it's difficult to practice even though it may seems easy. Most importantly I got some new friends there. I still miss them terribly🥹 again I trapped in the circle of emotions.😟
