My professor in this subject is very incompetent. Barely attending classes. You are my hope and my light. Thank you so much for the effort!

Thanks for sharing these! Not in your class, but taking abnormal psychology at my college now. My college is an hour and half from my house, so I like listening to lectures on the classes I am taking while I am driving to and from school, because 3 hours talking on the phone or listening to music is wasted time.

These are fantastic! Thank you for providing these to the public. I am going back to school 4 years after getting my associate degree. This summer I take Intro to Sociology and Abnormal Psychology so I'm trying to familiarize myself with the class content before going back. I'm a little nervous. The classes will be online (due to my full time work schedule), so being able to hear and see this information in a lecture-type setting is fantastic.

Taking an abnormal psych class this year, as a psychology major, and it is distance learning, which I am not a fan of, but having something like this helps out a lot. Trying to get through reading about half of the book before I get into the class

Another great vid Prof. Former active duty Marine here. As an E-5 in Hawaii I was earning ~$65,000 net income. I'd imagine that an O-3 in areas such as Hawaii, Cali, DMV, and New York would net around 80K due to the high housing allowance and in some case cost of living allowance (COLA).

Thank you for providing such incredible lectures to the general public. I am thoroughly enjoying watching these and taking notes for reference. I will be starting a bachelors program in psychology in the spring (as a precursor to graduate school); so, I am compiling as many notes and forethoughts as possible beforehand. Again, thank you, Professor V!

Nice. Very helpful! However, I'd like you to note that *Melanie Klein is the one who created object relations theory. Margaret Mahler merely expanded on thw topic of ORT by explaining on "separation-individuation".

Great videos. Also consider the ethnic minorities when they are white as well or majority when at the hands of non-white people. Unfortunately many white voices experiencing racism being silenced or non-white people when their racial aggressors are not white. So that should be noted and acknowledged as well which was undermined in the presentation.

The idea that they're still teaching Freud in psychology courses is just sad. they don't teach alchemy to chemistry classes. Freud pulled his ideas out of his asshole - we know this from his own case notes and letters. He literally just made it up as he went along, and then lied about it to a pathological level. So what's the attraction? It's the twenty-first freakin' century, profs - wake up.
