From what I understand, supposedly there was an anime artwork within the Blu-ray DVD. It contained a picture of Allen and Kanda in a.... strange, suggestive position which was too sexual I do believe one of the studio staff is responsible for this artwork and appearntly Hoshino Katsura complained about it and even discontinued the sales due to this (I believe her complaint was that her characters weren't portrayed accurately) Therefore, the Blu-ray sales stopped for this reason If I'm not mistaken, this was covered in other D-Gray man related videos too..
