Low cal BBQ sauce, would be just a ketchup and vinegar style, like eastern NC sauce or Lexington style sauce. There’s not a lot of sugar in it nor calories.

My go-to seasoning for a Pork Shoulder Butt is Yuengling beer and about 8-10 hours on the slow cooker. It's simple and delicious. It is SO soft and delicious! I like the idea of scoring the fat cap ... Thanks

Great video! The pork butt has been the easiest cut of meat I have smoked and u can do sooo much w it. Put it on tater tot’s w cheese and bbq sauce, make tacos out of it, of course sandwiches, etc. Maggie girls tail reminds me of a shark fin just waiting to attack!!

You can not go wrong smoking a pork butt! I use mustard to coat the butt first, which gives something for the seasoning to stick too.
Pork butts are so forgiving to cook and make it easy then you have plenty leftover for other things too.
Makes me wish I could still eat pork. Good Groceries!
