Foolproof Sausage Gravy: 3 slices of thick cut bacon. Fully cook and crumble, set aside. Save the grease to cook the sausage in. 1 Pound of your favorite breakfast sausage. I prefer Neese's or Bass Farms. Cook the sausage in the bacon fat and set aside with bacon for later. 1/4 cup of flour cooked in the fat until rawness is gone Stir in 3 cups of milk to the flour mixture and allow to thicken. When near desired consistency add the sausage and bacon back to the gravy. Don't forget to heavily pepper that gravy! Just trying to help those of you that don't know how to make a good, easy, sausage gravy. Love your videos Hussey. Keep it comin!

You must try frying up some diced, thick sliced bologna and add it to your white gravy. Serve over toast or biscuits. Have been making it for years and have yet to find anyone that didn't think it was delicious . Can be used in your breakfast bowl also.
That was Sick - gonna have to put the Blackstone together - purchased one at a Grand Opening of a hardware store - of course the sales manager of Blackstone didn't tell me about the air fryer option coming out can probably put my stainless on EBAY - the air fryers are not selling here - if they still have them available in the fall will grab one - thx for sharing

Sausage crumbles (pre-packaged in the bacon section) added to the gravy would be the finishing touch...not worrying about calories or fat, sausage crumbles in the gravy would be like a great "biscuits and gravy" gravy to top off the skillet!
