I am currently trying to recover Medabots' lost german dub. We only got the first two seasons but they can't be found on the net and didn't get a resyndication for the past 15 years. We obviously never got a DVD release either. However I found out the german dub is included in a older UK DVD release of the complete medabots series. Does someone own this version and can help me at least clarify how it looks like? My search is pretty much dead at this point unless someone specifically lists this for sale somewhere or someone tells me what to look for at least. I was a huge fan as a kid so I would love to experience the german voice cast one more time - please help me out if you can. 😄
Ah dude I searched everywhere I could for you, no luck. I have pinned this comment so hopefully someone who may know where you can find it will see this 👍🏽
@@lrblueslowbro5302 it aired on Fox Kids (PayTV: Premiere) for brief a while. The show actually was pretty prominent there and got some reruns. After that it apparently got a short rerun on Tele5 but I never caught that. Are you really sure you watched "every anime" though? 😄
I'm 31 years old, and if I get drunk enough, I'll always inevitably end up drawing medabots. . . The designs were just such a perfect blend of simple yet cool
I watched Metabots as a kid and while its not at the forefront of my mind most of the time, I definitely didn't forget about it. Gosh, the nostalgia! I love when you touch upon the older series like this!
I honestly never forgot medabots. Between the medabots’ designs and the world they built? I was obsessed for years. I just purchased the whole series recently and am very excited at the prospect of you covering it.
I watched Metabots when it was on the Fox Kids Saturday Morning block in the early 2000s and there was a rule that was mentioned in the series by Mr. Referee (even though I don't recall the actual episode name), where he encountered the Screws gang and explained to them in order to prevent cheating, that only first-time battles count in the point standings and participants must face a new party in order to earn points unless a rematch involves someone using their real name.
Man ‘Fox Kids’, just that name alone floods me with so much nostalgia! Yeah the rule set was quite tight which is pleasantly surprising given how in Pokémon and Digimon often times they deviate from their game counterparts on that front.
Here in Latin America Fox Kids was a 24 hours TV channel, during the early 2000s it began airing anime series like Digimon, Shinzo and Shaman King, they even had a block called Invasión Anime where they shown more series like Patlabor and, of course, Medabots. I really liked Medabots as a kid, it had a great combination of action, comedy and impressive mechanical and human designs and animations which I can approach as an adult The Spanish dub was actually based on the English version, but it actually worked pretty well, not to mention that is one of the better anime dubs, alongside Slayers, that was made in Venezuela, most people tend to remember the anime that were dub in Mexico, but the Venezuelan cast did a great job, Metabee was voiced by the same actor who voiced Cat in CatDog, Plankton in SpongeBob and Superman in Justice League I wasn't that big of a fan of the second season, though I watched all the episodes as well
I loved that show and still do. I got all the American dub DVDs and the whole series is up on UA-cam. Just to warn you a lot of the episodes are out of order on the playlist. I think the animation has its charm. Clearly not as polished but still lift it open for some wilder motions. I remember a shot when Samantha learned Spike had lost to little kids, she takes a single hyper-long step to be right face to face with Erika. It was that kind of stuff that made it easier to accept the more unique animation style. The show itself, at least for a while, was fun because it wasn't high stakes, world ending stuff. It was just kids playing to small robots. The first tournament Ikki ever took part in was held in a grocery store parking lot. Then the whole Metapart system was great because it was designed for strategy rather than power scaling. Ikki had a strategist's mind when it came to picking the right parts. The only flaw I ever saw was that in the two fights with the Rockers, he never took the Pheonix leg parts to give Metabee the ability to fly. I even collected all the little figures with the interchangeable parts. It was always fun to imagine I had a Cyandog following me (my personal favorite) and to imagine what medabots I would see other people using. I even imagined customizing medaparts. Like having Cyandog use a sword and shield combo. But repaint them so the right Samurai arm would match the color scheme and even have a yellow blade. While the left Megaphant arm would be painted with a lightning bolt over the shield to match Cyandog's forehead.
Dude, thanks for sharing! I love how we all got to grow up playing with physical toys and figurines. Using our imagination to fill in the ‘action’ was where the fun was at 🙌🏼🍻
Medabots had an insane amount of behind the scenes talent, just about every animator and animation director went on to massively influential projects and success.
I watched the Dutch dub of Medabots as a kid and also played one of the games. I fondly remember the franchise to this day, but could never really articulate why and never bothered to go back to it and find out. I always felt like the only person who remembered this show so I never delved into it. Glad to see I'm not alone in remembering it.
Your not alone in that, so many included myself also forgot the show too 😔. I definitely recommend giving it a rewatch, it holds up well even today 🙌🏼🍻

if it wasn't for my local movie rental store carrying medabots infinity for the nintendo gamecube, i probably never would have heard about it. i'm a huge fan of the anime.
Needed toys alongside games! I remember seen wagreymons and metalgarurumons as well as pokemon plushies but not a single medabot action figure as kid, it would help to build nostalgia

I never forgot, it was my favorite growing up. The idea that children could buy robots with machine guns and battle in the busy streets was amazing to me. It also helps that the bully makes a significant appearance in the power puff girls doujin.
did i ever forget medabots? Ooooh i never did *looks up at the sky* that theme in English just rolls in my head from time to time. like monster ranchers~
This and Shinzo have got to be the best forgotten gems that aired 20+ years ago. The animation in Medabots lives rent free in my head--so many vivid memories!
I watched Medabots and seen most of the episodes. I didnt get to see how it ended though. I think I was older than the main demographic so it didnt really stick with me later but I sorta appreciated the art style and Ikki and Metabee's dynamics xDDD. The show feels like it be best treated as a slice of life shonen comedy. I like how sorta mundane the kids' life and environments are so it makes the more ridiculous aspects more hilarious xD/.
That's some good stuff. I do recall watching in in my childhood, but TV broadcast wasn't consistent, often going back few episodes and reprising arcs, which certainly made the progression of the anime weird. Eventually in 2010-2011, I found myself stuck at home with a quite poor health condition and I began watching anime more frequently and exploring old gems. Eventually I stumbled upon Medabots again and I decided to give a full run in the show that wasn't available for rental nor purchase in my region. So... Fansubs and their vastly well preserved catalog helped a lot when it came accessing this anime again. The show is no groundbreaking master piece, but it certainly have some sweet memorable moments, quite similar to Pokemon in first season. The end of it is on a bittersweet note, especially when you are watching it as a young adult facing the hardships of adult life. In my case, I was in a very bad health condition that halted my life and made me feel like a failure, which certainly made me contemplate if life was worth living. Watching Medabots along other animes certainly helped me to buy sometime before doing anything stupid. I'm not entirely sure if I would watch the whole series all over again and I frankly do not have many people interested on discussing about it, but I guess the whole concept presented on the show is super compelling game material and I did enjoy it a lot. Some time ago I did thought it was quite a shame that Medabots didn't had more animated series, but in other hand I'm kinda glad it didn't got milked and killed like a lot of good old series. It would be lovely to see some of your analysis about the show. 👍
Thank for sharing this 🙏🏽 I hope your feeling better now, and I’m glad Medabots was around at such a time in your life. I will be doing an episode by episode breakdown and give my overall thoughts on Medabots. It’s in the works 🙏🏽🍻
Hell yeah, Medabots video! I gotta be honest though, hopefully this is constructive: I've noticed a combination of uptalk at the end of nearly ever sentence together with delivery sounding kind of like it's being read. May be just me, and I almost didn't comment and just be on my way, but I'm liking this channel, and room for improvement hopefully just means we get to see ya get better and better. Cheers!
Man I loved this show!! The for the video great watch!! I didn't realize how much this show gives you a sense of empathy and care for machinery AI! Like each of the robots have a very unique personality and even emotions. It teaches you lessons of friendship even if its just a programmed machine, you should always respect and bond with your partner and not to treat them just as tools for use and discard!💯
Never forgot. Hell it’s still kicking over in Japan, well through its mobile game called Medarots S. The last time I heard of that game was that they were having a collaboration with Evangelion and they looked great. The last main game being a remaster called Medarots Classics Plus on the Switch but only in Japan. It’s still popular over there (I think). Idk why the sudden lost of interest in bringing more Medabots outside of Japan hell I would’ve gladly played that mobile game. I think Duel Masters had the same fate, and Megaman Battle Network and Starforce, to some extent, mainly the anime and toy line like the PET and Wave Transfer. Least for MMBN we got the Legacy Collection. Wish they at least remastered the Metabee and Rokusho versions for us.
It's honestly a classic. I can't say it's truly been forgotten. And that in part goes to DISCOTEK getting the series a re-release on Bluray over the past few years. But it's definitely avoided general discussion for some time due to the passage of time. It was always just a fun show. Loved the personalities. Metabee was a riot most of the time. It's great seeing this show get some attention.
I’ve been aware of medabots ever since the digimon collab a few years ago, I’m honestly sad the franchise didn’t take off because a lot of those robots look really cool, beast master being the one I want in my team the most
I watched it as a kid, and never forgot about it. The characters designs and limited animation inspire me a lot as an artist and animator. I collect figures from this show to this day. :)
I never forget about Medabots, the concept, world and a lot of the characters were amazing. It was however marketed at a younger audience than me even when I was a younger audience and the stories were kind of dull so unfortunately better stories stole my attention.
I would say that the Indigo League season of Pokémon is on par with Medabots first season. You can tell how both were more comedy incline Then Pokémon got too big and had to appeal to the whole world and be pc and lose all his weird japanese vibe I know of a second season of Medabots but I just don't like it, and I'm not sure if there were any more seasons I do agree that Medabots animation was way ahead. Sun and Moon tried a similar style years later
@@serenitynow85 The first season of Pokemon had the best balance but around the second season of Johto there were way too much filler content and Team Rocket (Jessie and James) was very annoying in the Johto arc, while Team Rocket as an organisation got more development, even a big role in the Mewtwo sequel and the Raikou special. But the og Pokémon deserves its spot. From Hoenn on it became a bit too commercial. Sun and Moon reminded me a lot of Medabots and i think its the best after XY. Medabots (1st series) was so much fun and it was very unpredictable, Medabots has a much better rewatch value than any of the Pokémon and the English dub was very good. Though i do have to say Pokemon battle scenes have improved a lot, even better than most Shonen Anime at times but overal the plot is just promote the games current releases. But Medabots... what a underrated Anime and franchise overal😅.
I remember this show! I had an account on the original website where you could build your own medabots and battle against the computer. I remember my favorite character being Rokusho! One line I'll never forget from the show is "Dude, I rock. MEDAFORCE!"
Man I wish I knew about that website when I was a kid 🥹 Rokusho is awesome, I don’t know why but he reminds me of Mewtwo. Both powerful as hell and are guided by their own virtues and morals.
Nah i could never forget my OG, I credit Medabots to bei9ng my first Anime alongside yugioh! This has always been in the back of my mind and ive gone back to watch it twice in the past few years. Such an epic trip of Nostalgia !!
I remember getting the toys for this show. Those were some of the best anime toys you could get in America at the time. The actual "robattles" you had in real life were iffy, but damn such cool designs for a toy.
Medabots was an amazing show and I really enjoyed when I watched it again. As I said before Mr Referee was the star of the show along with Metabee and the main cast. I liked how each character had their own arcs and development, like how Rokusho started out as a Mysterious Medabot with no Medafighter and his story and name at the time was a Mystery and as the show went on we learned more about him and his backstory, even Seaslug of the RubberRobos, Spike and CyanDog got some time to Shine. I am eager to to see the full episode when it comes out.
Hey Arnold, Doug, Recess, Wishbone, Reading Rainbow, Arthur, Mr Rogers neioghborhood, Sesame street, Rugrats, Catdog, X-Men, SpiderMan, Batman, Gargoyles, The Critic, The Simpsons, Animaniacs, Pinky and The Brain, Tazmania, Tiny Toons are all great 90s shows. There are more that i cant remember.
Yes to all of these 👏🏽🔥 I was gonna surprise some of ya’ll with this next video but seeing as though you mentioned it, I’m working on a Rugrats video as we speak 😭🍻
Bloody loved Medabots. Used to draw my own designs and had several of the figures, (which were great by the way!). You could swap the parts around and make your own bots. 😁
I definitely watched Medabots growing up and had a lot of the figurines and played with them every day. I also forgot about them until the Twitter color wheel challenge when people used Medabee for the yellow color. I then deep dove into the internet to remember what the character was and then found that I could watch it on Tubi and began to watch it again as an adult. I agree with every point that you made in your video, and still found the nostalgia of watching it again, very satisfying.
Man, I love your channel. I first found your content through your Digimon Tamers video, I'm sending this comment because I'm a scriptwriter and I'd like to know if there's any way I can help with your channel. I started working with UA-cam videos in 2020 so I can say I have experience and your content is within my wheelhouse. I would have just sent an email but I didn't see any. Whatever you do, keep it up! Kind regards.
Definitely didnt forgot. I watch it every few years. This was actually more my pokemon than pokemon was. I loved Rokuso , Arcbeettle , and Warbandit. Similadon was dope too. Metabees dub made tgis show though in America.
I Love Medabots! i grew up watching it in the early 2000’s and i haven't forgotten it, the characters and worldbuilding were very unique, it really sparked my imagination. I still have the gba game that’s like a fighting game and it’s one of my favorites.
no i have not forgotten abt it! it's one of the few things that i remembered as a kid and will always be at the back of my mind. This, Mengaman NT Warrior, Crush Gear etc. Best shows that kept me glued to the TV as a kid. Loved it till this day
Yes, Medabots! I loved this so much when it first aired! Sadly I never did get to see how season 1 ended, but I've wanted to. This show does not get talked about enough.
The entire first season is up on UA-cam, the English dub version. The subbed version can be easily found online. Such an awesome show, I definitely recommend finishing it when you get a chance, I’m working on a retrospective for it too 🙏🏽🍻
Sorry to say, Bee Train (Japanese) and Studio B Productions (Canadian) are not the same thing, you got the wrong logo... In any case, Medabots is just fantastic and I'm always happy to find new videos about it!
I didn't. Learned that the anime lost the rights to the overseas name Medabot's to another company after they bought the rights when the copyright expired. So if it comes back it won't have the name Medabots. I also know in recent years the owners released a mobile Medarot's game in Japan but there is no word of a global release much to my annoyance.
Your right, the CR issue is such a shame and also it is in fact really popular still in Japan Hopefully it makes a comeback here in the West, even if it’s under its domestic name, Medarots
I'd really like a retrospective of Medabots, they deserve it. I was born in 93, so the late 90s, early 00s style anime is a soft spot for me. Medabots, Cardcaptor Sakura, One Piece, Sailor Moon, HxH, Detective Conan and, of course, Digimon and Pokémon, are extremely nostalgic 90s style. Even the DragonBall that is actually mid-80s is a bit similar. I still remember Medabots because it's very unique and fun. I even played a bit of the mobile game last year. Now this video warrants a rewatch.
With Small Soldiers making a comeback, I hope more classics like Medabots do the same. I didn’t know the show got a second season until I found all the episodes on UA-cam. My parents got me a dozen of those tiny changeable medabots for Christmas when I was a kid and they used them to decorate the Christmas tree
😭 Small Soldiers, I both loved and feared that movie. It’s like Toy Story but the horror version of it 😫. The second season does fall short but I still recommend anyone who enjoys the franchise give it a watch
I think I remember watching medabots when I was younger but I don't think I watched the whole thing as I was mostly more interested in the mini figures, I actually forgot what the anime was called only really remembering Metabee so around 2019 I had found what the show was called and rewatched it and by 2023 I managed to buy a DVD set the show can be rough around the edges but I'd say it's worth a watch
I hate to say this but i completely forgot about Medbots, even though i always woke up 1 hour before it started, whelp time to start re-watch it for the 1st time.
I loved Medabots and I remember having ton of fun with the GBA games, but sadly the series was not very successful outside of Japan, where the series is still active and I think they are on something like Medarot 9 for the 3DS, if I knew how to read japanese I'm sure I'd find those games fun, but the one I did try for the 3DS I couldn't progress much due to not being able to understand the written language.
I absolutely loved metabots as a kid it is so nostalgic to me. I love it and no I did not forget about it and I’m so glad you did this video. It is such an underrated show and if it got a reboot, I would be totally in, I even still have some of my metabots Taco Bell toys from way back

It still holds up well that’s for sure 🔥🍻
Medabots ax needs a comeback in 2d on all platforms. One of my favorite games ever.
🤜🏻🤛🏽
i literally never forgot about metabots and got any game that came to the west. i'm a big digimon fan and they recently had an official collab
🫱🏼🫲🏿🍻
This and Shinzo have got to be the best forgotten gems that aired 20+ years ago. The animation in Medabots lives rent free in my head--so many vivid memories!
🔥🔥🔥🍻
I definitely forgot about shinzo :O
I remember Shinzo intro from Foxkids. Quality times.
Gone yet not forgotten
🤜🏻🤛🏽
I watched Medabots and seen most of the episodes. I didnt get to see how it ended though. I think I was older than the main demographic so it didnt really stick with me later but I sorta appreciated the art style and Ikki and Metabee's dynamics xDDD. The show feels like it be best treated as a slice of life shonen comedy. I like how sorta mundane the kids' life and environments are so it makes the more ridiculous aspects more hilarious xD/.
I like that, looking at it as a slice of life shounen with comedic elements 👌🏽. You definitely should give it the full watch when you get free time 👍🏽
That's some good stuff.
It’s in the works 🙏🏽🍻
nah could never forget! loved this show, had so many little toys of these guys too!
🤜🏻🤛🏽
Hell yeah, Medabots video! I gotta be honest though, hopefully this is constructive: I've noticed a combination of uptalk at the end of nearly ever sentence together with delivery sounding kind of like it's being read. May be just me, and I almost didn't comment and just be on my way, but I'm liking this channel, and room for improvement hopefully just means we get to see ya get better and better. Cheers!
Thank you, feedback like this is really helpful!!! 🙏🏽 I’ll work on it 😊. Thanks for supporting the channel 🍻
@@raytaku_ Rootin' for ya!
Yes!!! I agree with everything you said there, and thank you for your kind words 🙏🏽🍻
Thanks for sharing this, I’m glad Medabots still has a presence in Japan at least. Someday it can hopefully make a resurgence in Western Markets 🙏🏽
Mr. Referee is the reason I could never forget MedaBots.
He’s one of my favorite characters out of that franchise too 🙂🍻
It's honestly a classic.
🤜🏻🤛🏽🍻
Liked just because you went there. Respect.
🙏🏽🍻
Medabots while forgotten, is permanently in my vb bracelet
Yessir!!! 🍻
I’ve been aware of medabots ever since the digimon collab a few years ago, I’m honestly sad the franchise didn’t take off because a lot of those robots look really cool, beast master being the one I want in my team the most
Hopefully the franchise makes a comeback here in the west
I watched it as a kid, and never forgot about it. The characters designs and limited animation inspire me a lot as an artist and animator. I collect figures from this show to this day. :)
Awesome 🙏🏽🍻
I never forget about Medabots, the concept, world and a lot of the characters were amazing.
It was however marketed at a younger audience than me even when I was a younger audience and the stories were kind of dull so unfortunately better stories stole my attention.
Fair point! 👍🏽
Medabots was ahead of its time in animation. Though Pokémon paved the way, Digimon and Medabots are better anime narratively.
Can’t say I disagree with you 🤜🏻🤛🏽
I would say that the Indigo League season of Pokémon is on par with Medabots first season. You can tell how both were more comedy incline
Then Pokémon got too big and had to appeal to the whole world and be pc and lose all his weird japanese vibe
I know of a second season of Medabots but I just don't like it, and I'm not sure if there were any more seasons
I do agree that Medabots animation was way ahead.
I love Medabots, more than pokemon and digimon even. I even have Medabee's fully evolved medal tattood on my ankle.
😮no way! That’s sick!! 🔥🍻
@@raytaku_ I miss that website. I remember Beyblade had their own website where you could beybattle against the computer.
Nah i could never forget my OG, I credit Medabots to bei9ng my first Anime alongside yugioh! This has always been in the back of my mind and ive gone back to watch it twice in the past few years. Such an epic trip of Nostalgia !!
Both amazing anime 🙌🏼 What a childhood we all had with these kinds of awesome anime 🙏🏽
I remember getting the toys for this show. Those were some of the best anime toys you could get in America at the time. The actual "robattles" you had in real life were iffy, but damn such cool designs for a toy.
The toys where rad!!! 🔥
What an awesome show! I’m working on the episode by episode breakdown as we speak 😊 🍻
@@raytaku_ The cast was amazing. That chicken farmer or whatever that wise man was, Coach Mountain, etc.
@@forcesmuggler7667 💯
I remember medabots. Metabee is a freaking bro
💯
This is definitely a show I watched but where I was it was never in at consistent times so I've only seen a handful of episodes
That’s fair enough, but if you happen to find the spare time too, I highly recommend finishing the entire first season it’s great 😊🍻
"Then It's Agreed! I Officially declare this a Submission match, Medafighters Ready? Medabots: RO-BATTLE!"
-Mr. Referee
👏🏽
Bloody loved Medabots. Used to draw my own designs and had several of the figures, (which were great by the way!). You could swap the parts around and make your own bots. 😁
That’s awesome!!! Hopefully you still have some of those drawings 🙌🏼
@@raytaku_ afraid not, sadly but I'm tempted to try recreate some from memory for the lols 😂
I forgot about this show, great to get to relive this in a small way watching the video.
🙏🏽🍻
I definitely watched Medabots growing up and had a lot of the figurines and played with them every day. I also forgot about them until the Twitter color wheel challenge when people used Medabee for the yellow color. I then deep dove into the internet to remember what the character was and then found that I could watch it on Tubi and began to watch it again as an adult. I agree with every point that you made in your video, and still found the nostalgia of watching it again, very satisfying.
That’s awesome, I’m so glad you got to re-experience watching it as an adult 👌🏽🍻
Dude, YES please!!! Thank you for offering up some help, I would love to take you up on that offer. You can email me at letsplayswithray@gmail.com 🙂
@@raytaku_ Let's do it!
This was my fav. I still pull it up every now and then to give it a watch
Held up well
🤜🏻🤛🏽
Definitely didnt forgot. I watch it every few years. This was actually more my pokemon than pokemon was. I loved Rokuso , Arcbeettle , and Warbandit. Similadon was dope too. Metabees dub made tgis show though in America.
Awesome, I think one can make the point that Medabots is more Pokémon than Pokémon is so fair point you bring up. Metabee’s Eng dub is sick I agree 👌🏽
FUNCTION CEASED THE WINNER IS METABEE!!!
-Mr. Refereee
🍻
I Love Medabots! i grew up watching it in the early 2000’s and i haven't forgotten it, the characters and worldbuilding were very unique, it really sparked my imagination. I still have the gba game that’s like a fighting game and it’s one of my favorites.
🤜🏻🤛🏽
I never forgot about medabots I think medabots is the reason why I like mecha shows like gundam also good video 👍
Hell yeah! That’s awesome to hear 🍻
Metabee's voice in the english dub was actually pretty funny.
💯
I rewatched the series last year.
🍻
I never forgot about medabots!
👏🏽🍻
You're the best UA-camr
🥹🙏🏽
Zatch Bell and Medabots are both amazing in my mind. Same style of animation and wonderful stories.
🤜🏻🤛🏽
Medabot also has several GBA games some of them translated and a PSX game which received a fan translation
I’ve yet to try the PSX version, will definitely give it a go 👍🏽
Never saw the show as a kid, but I bought quite a few of the toys.
Awesome! The entire season is up on UA-cam, I definitely recommend giving it a go 😊
@@raytaku_ Thanks I think I will.
no i have not forgotten abt it! it's one of the few things that i remembered as a kid and will always be at the back of my mind. This, Mengaman NT Warrior, Crush Gear etc. Best shows that kept me glued to the TV as a kid. Loved it till this day
You listed off some awesome shows 👌🏽🍻
Yes, Medabots!
I know, I couldn’t find the logo for the Japanese studio so went with that one cos it looked good 😭. Thanks for supporting the channel 🙏🏽🍻
Your right, the CR issue is such a shame and also it is in fact really popular still in Japan
Hopefully it makes a comeback here in the West, even if it’s under its domestic name, Medarots
Anyone remember monster rancher ?? I used to watch that , digimon , medabots etc
I do 🙋🏽♂️
Loving these retrospectives ❤
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I never forgot Metabots, but I had a bunch of the "mix & match" action figures they made so they were a bigger part of my childhood than most's...
Awesome, the toys are such a big part of our connection to these shows so I’m glad to hear how invested you where on that side of things 🙏🏽🍻
I’m working on the retrospective as we speak 😊, thanks for your support 🙏🏽🍻
With Small Soldiers making a comeback, I hope more classics like Medabots do the same. I didn’t know the show got a second season until I found all the episodes on UA-cam. My parents got me a dozen of those tiny changeable medabots for Christmas when I was a kid and they used them to decorate the Christmas tree
😭 Small Soldiers, I both loved and feared that movie. It’s like Toy Story but the horror version of it 😫. The second season does fall short but I still recommend anyone who enjoys the franchise give it a watch
Watched Small Soldiers several times. It was fun.
🫱🏼🫲🏿
I remembered Medabots for so long in my childhood, since I've watched it on Jetix
🤜🏻🤛🏽
I hate to say this but i completely forgot about Medbots, even though i always woke up 1 hour before it started, whelp time to start re-watch it for the 1st time.
That’s fair! I’m glad to hear you’ll be giving it a rewatch 🍻
The outcome of the previous battle tournament was intense I also enjoyed the Medabot's ancient origins
🤜🏻🤛🏽
I loved Medabots and I remember having ton of fun with the GBA games, but sadly the series was not very successful outside of Japan, where the series is still active and I think they are on something like Medarot 9 for the 3DS, if I knew how to read japanese I'm sure I'd find those games fun, but the one I did try for the 3DS I couldn't progress much due to not being able to understand the written language.
Hopefully fans of the franchise with the know how, translate it and release a version that can be emulated so we here in the West can play it 🙏🏽
Fantastic review, keep up the good work. Thumbs up.
Thank you!!! 🙏🏽
Go getcha friends.
🤜🏻🤛🏽
One of my favorite shows. I still watch it.
🤜🏻🤛🏽
I absolutely loved metabots as a kid it is so nostalgic to me. I love it and no I did not forget about it and I’m so glad you did this video. It is such an underrated show and if it got a reboot, I would be totally in, I even still have some of my metabots Taco Bell toys from way back
Indeed it is underrated!!! We need to start a petition for a reboot once the franchise settles its ownership dispute 🙏🏽
I remember playing the pc game it would take me hours just to play one single online match. This was back in early 2000s
The good old days!!! 🙌🏼🍻
I remember the people dressed in gimp suits, that's it
😂fair enough, you definitely should give it another watch. You’ll be surprised how quick forgotten memories come flooding back 💯
