Lotus root pakore Lotus root with potatoes Lotus root with mustard plant Sour lotus root as a street food Boiled lotus root with masalas as a street food. Wedding lotus root which is especially made for wedding ceremonies. These are all vegetarian recipes. There are also Non vegetarian recipes of lotus root too.... But I think you are vegetarian only...
