This is a direct plug and play wiring harness kit for the forever on keep alive mod designed by Patrick Conlon. This listing is available with and without the timer relay module.
For orders with just the harness, it will come with everything you need to get you going expect the timer module, which is needed for this keep alive function to work, you will just have to source the timer yourself.
For orders with the harness and timer module combo, it will come programmed, tested and ready to go with the 47 ohm resistor installed and wiring harness, just install it and your good to go.
Installing this mod will require some mechanical knowledge and requires you to take the proton pack apart. Modifying your pack will void your factory warranty.
Every harness has been tested before shipping to confirm it operates properly.
I assume no responsibility for errors during installation, in other words, you are on your own for this mod if you goof up your proton pack.

In the description, you say 47 Ohm res. whilst in the video, you mention it as a 240 Ohm resistor. Can you please clarify which one was used?
Yes the 240 ohm resistor goes across the terminals for the leads in. The 47 ohm resistor is the load for the trigger side of the relay timer.
This looks great, simple to install! Only problem is that I can’t find it on your store. Have you run out of stock?

So I got a timer however when the timer gets to 3 seconds it shuts back down would you maybe know the problem
do you have to open the housing everytime you want to use it or does the switch mount someplace?
No you don’t. You can mount the switch in the front of the pack where the dummy switch is.
Dammit Hasbro!! This is something people shouldnt have even had to modify! They really dropped the ball on this. Why would they have have it timeout? Id love to hear a valid reason, otherwise its just stupid!! So many have been disappointed with the timeout.
It makes sense in a mass produced pack, they were trying to save on battery life.
@@scoleri_brothers Well at the very least they should’ve given the option to the user. A simple switch to stay on or timeout!!
