That was fantastic! Very good. After the first talk, I was kind of wondering where he was going with all of this. Turned out to be very edifying. Thanks for sharing! On to #3.
Please can someone exlpain time stamp 51:18 or give link and stamp 51:41 scripture I stand at the door and knock ....and we cant open....please tell me how this is?
We don't. Any Christian can proclaim the forgiveness of Christ, according to His Word. However, the office of Pastor has a particular duty to do this. Not a great analogy, but in the same way that anyone can and should attempt to try to stop the bleeding of an injured person, it is the specific duty of a paramedic to stop the injured person's bleeding -- it's an absolute duty of his/her office of paramedic.
Actually, for the Baptist, grace is found in the Scriptures. For the Pentecostal, grace is found in the testimony of God's interventions in your life. For the Reformed, grace is found in the selection. You're saying that, for the Lutheran, grace is found in the Pastor. So what happens for the congregation that is suddenly WITHOUT A PASTOR???
The talk was about the grace of Christ alone and how it restores a universally broken creation, a problem that we cannot resolve. In other words, this talk was about the gospel.
The Means of Grace! 1) The Word 2) Baptism 3) Lord’s Supper 4) Absolution These are the ways that the gifts of God’s Grace come to us. Throughout Scripture these are the only ways that God promises to transfer (all that he has done for us in his life death and resurrection) what he has done for us ...... to us! The gift has been purchased and won and paid for now this is how I give it to you. It’s a transfer from God to us. The gifts of God for the people of God. That is what the Means of Grace are.
I’m so blessed by this teaching and blowed me away doctrine of the LORD JESUS Christ! WOW! Thank you Dr, Cooper put on the UA-cam. WOW!
I appreciate the straightforwardness of this talk. While some may not agree with everything, the arguments made here are pointed and understandable.

I am glad he addressed the Crux Theologorum.
Where do Lutherans get the idea that pastors are the only believers capable of being the "absolution" person?

Peter writes about a new heaven and a new earth, with the current one being destroyed by fire. It sounds like you deny that.
A slight misrepresentation of Calvin on free will.
