If i can ask you how do i learn handstand when i have experience with frog stand maximum hold 2minutes then i stop because wrist not the balance and i can hold advanced frog stand and L sit too

I'd love to try this for leg day, but I already know I'm going to have to think of alternatives for half of them because the gym I go to is damn near always crowded....It's Planet Fitness so there's pretty much all smith machines and people hog them all the time....I hate it
@LittleTFitness oh i know. Planet Fitness doesn't have many free weights though unfortunately. At least not the one here. I can usually grab some dumbbells though
I didn't know there was a such thing as a staggered stance hip thrust before watching this video. I knew about the staggered stance RDL though. So it makes sense that you can do a staggered stance hip thrust. I just didn't even think about it before now. Thank you for sharing your workout with us.
Omg i fear for you everything you rack the squat bar on tipi-toes, maybe lower the racks one more level 😢, aside from that, hella solid routine 🤙🏽, would leave anyone with spaghetti legs after the fact 😁, specially that heel elevated squat pulse! omg, im ma add that for sure 🤩. Smith Machine step ups id recommend a solid short stool or box, and not something long like bench that can “trap” you incase you fall forward….like that lady, that passed away…🫣😭
