Hey I have a video of my cost of living but rent was £850. As for medical aid everyone is on NHS which is paid when you get your visa and paid an extra £12 for dental medical aid
My mum makes fun of me for doing the window shopping tactic... I will check 3/4 shops until I make a purchase esp clothes... Its now a thing with groceries as well. I make sure I am doing my purchases in the same mall

I sold my car in DC. The savings allowed me to purchase 6 hectares of land 5 years later.
Great video! Its very easy to fall into the consumerism trap and just spend money without thinking about it but those small purchases do add up.
