Throw your arms upwards and then past your ears, as you jump. And when you do jump, pop your pelvis forward slightly. A couple of inches is enough. It will give you more rotation when you grab your knees.

try to tuck more mhen you flip

Go up more than going back bc u want to get as most hight as possible then tuck

Try to jump more up and less back because it give you more height which will help with doing it on less bouncy surfaces but great vid and nice job 👍🏻
