To let you know, you don't have to block people who are tweeting spoilers. Just go into your privacy or safety settings (or something like that) & add words & hashtags to your block list, & it'll hide posts that contain those words or hashtags (yeah, for some reason you gotta do both separately). I noticed that when you see the Junimos fixing the greenhouse there's a raccoon running away ! I like to think it lived in the greenhouse and we pushed it out so it's only fair we help it rebuild its life in the treehouse :)
The dialogue update has *honestly* been so so refreshing? Like I didn't expect it at all but the fact that they notice when like, you upgrade your farm, your crops are harvested, you fix something around town, you catch a legendary, etc it like really make the game feel alive. I can't believe Mr. Eric himself has made me somehow fall more in love with this game then i already was
1.6 has genuinely solidified Stardew as one of my favorite games of all time. There’s so much charm, heart and personality put into this little farming/life sim. I hadn’t played since 2022 and booting it up again to play the new update, I was reminded just how much I love it. I’d forgotten a lot of stuff in the game so, even though I’m close to 120 hours in, there’s still a little bit of a learning curve there, but I’ve been reminded why I love it so much
It truly refreshed the game for me times ten!! Like so many new things, absolutely in love with this game and have already gotten further than any of my playthroughs~ I’m happy!!
The biggest thing I noticed about the stardrop tea is they don’t count towards your daily gifts. So you can just keep gifting tea until you got full hearts. Easy 0 to 10 hearts on birthday of any neglected villager.
Your reaction to the tea saplings made me laugh - I’m new so I didn’t know they were ever worth 500. I guess you could say your sapling income has been sapped.
You can chop tea saplings down now without destroying them, which means if you're a little patient you can collect some leaves before you sell them and actually make more money than before
i relate sooo much to you saying you want to play slowly!! when i play stardew i have to keep reminding myself to calm down and play casually, just relax and enjoy the game, bc everytime i get stressed thinking i must make money and be efficient 😭
with this 1.6 update it's possible to have a partner at the flower festival with Alex because he likes eggs! Just keep giving him egg gifts every week and talk to him everyday. When the flower dance comes he'll say yes. the green rain event, the villagers dialogue changes the next year.
That’s good, because by then they should be more aware of the green rain than they were the first time. Curious: are there any villagers (such as those who have lived in the valley for a long time) who have seen or heard of the rain before?
@@KeitieKalopsia when it happens the first year they are all scared bcoz they never experienced it either. The way you narrate and edit your videos just adds SO much charm!! 1.6 has been a ride to playthrough, the green rain creeped me out quite a bit (in a good way), I love the new winter clothes for everyone, as well as being able to have more pets (one dog is not enough!). I'm still in Winter Year 1 though, so I haven't seen the later things. It's my first time trying out mods (usually I play on my Switch), so I got Expanded, Ridgeside, and East Scarp to have the "full experience", and it's taking me way longer to get through things and reach perfection haha. But it's still a blast
There's a lot of great 1.6 content in the wild, but I've been "Where's Liss, where's Liss, WHERE'S LISS?" It's here now, and it's GLORIOUS! Thanks, Liss, for another great video, and bring on Part 2!
tip for robins resource rush - if you just go in and out of the first level of the mines and only mine the big rocks (10 stone per rock) you can finish the quest in a few days. thats what I always do, works like a charm.
Hey! You can make winter seeds by putting winter root inside a seed maker. That way you don't need to wait for winter. Plant the seeds inside the greenhouse (the same goes for wild horseradish, spicy berry and common mushroom) To get the nautilus shell before winter, befriend Demetrius. It's one of his possible gifts. You played very well! But I was envious with your luck. The two prismatic shards before skull cavern were just amazing. Edit: it's also possible to get winter seeds from the desert trader, just to inform the fellow farmers rushing to finish the community center asap
I’m so disappointed you didn’t go into Sebby’s room during the first green rain!!! (You don’t need friendship with Sebby to go in there during green rain!!)
Loved the video! Fun to watch, good pacing, and nice production quality as well. I know fishing in Stardew isn't for everyone, but I made like 700K in winter just from fishing for Sturgeons and then smoking and selling them. best way to gathering stone is to only stay in lvl 1 at the mines, you enter -> get the big stones and the silver ones -> leave and do it over and over again!
I made a ranch this playthrough, 3 barns, 3 coops, and used the rancher quirk of having eggs hatch quicker to fill my coops and stockpiled all the eggs, wool, milk and truffles, then switched to artisan in winter and turned everything into artisan products. Good moneymaker, but so many animals will eat all your grass no matter how fast you replant it.
