    OMG.. you and Doug can spend hours talking about packing efficiency... lol! But going from 22.5kg to 11.5kg is amazing. Mind sharing what was the heaviest item you took out?

      It wasn't any one item. It was a lot of items that I never touched in my previous trip in SE Asia, I couldn't remember why I packed them in the first place. Even on this trip I have some things I never used. The more I travel, the more I'm able to get to the essentials.

    Rioplatense accent. That’s what we speak in Uruguay. Pretty different from the rest of latinoamerica

      Thanks for the info. I thought that the 'Spanish' I was hearing sounded different from what I was used to. It didn't change my inability to understand it, but at least now I know that it IS different.

    What? Inflation in Uruguay 20% hahhaha not, is about 6% one of the lowest ones in latinamerica. Cool video though

    La lastima es que Montevideo no refleja lo que es el buen nivel de vida y prosperidad del pais. Es hermosa ciudad pero la intendencia la tiene sucia, con graffities x todos lados, basura y con poquisima frecuencia de barrido, paradas todas rotas, calles rotas, veredas rotas, etc. Lamentable como esta mantenida.

      You're right, it is a beautiful city. And the graffiti I saw seemed to be in only certain parts of town.
