      Yeah, gutted I lost that one. Heard stories of a real big pike in there. Will be chasing that!

      Haha, I probably owned one at some point! I need to go after some perch so I'll have to dig out my spinners!

    Si, you need biscuits with your tea. It is scientifically proven to make you catch more fish.

    What rods and reels do you use? Are they expensive .. thinking about doing a winter for pike and perch

      My lure rod is a 'Shakespeare Ugly Stik'!!! I went for the cork handled version. I love it. My other rod for deadbaits is just an old Mitchell Carp rod 👍

      Also my spinning reel was only around £25, and I use braid for spinning, you can feel it better when a fish takes the lure or tries to.
