@@MrStuart4001 Forgot to mention the lights. I don't really see the point of them really, I suppose if it's an emergency and you have no other lights it may be useful but most fishermen have a head torch or a bivvy light anyway.

@@sifishesyou can’t see the point of the light? There’s a few settings on the lights so when you take it with you you can leave the Bivvy lights at home.

@@aarondavies8486 Haha, the funny thing is I spoke to 'tackle box' in Dartford and they said they could get me a new pole from Nash for 30 quid. I rang Nash directly and they said 42 quid for a new pole?! I said to Nash bloke that 'tackle box can sell me one for 30 quid' and the Nash bloke said 'well go to tackle box then'! 😂

@@Jokayne I am wearing it right now!! I am sitting outside of my bivvy in the dark haha, I'm toasty. Just got a t-shirt on under the coat. I think it's as good as any others on the market. It is a little bulky but that's to be expected to keep you warm. 👍

hemp oil is ok

@gwl78 yes you can, Hemp oil is probably the better oil in Colder Months BUT What you've got to remember is a lot of oils don't work in temperatures below 8 degrees. This is why hemp oil is so good. For example if you chuck hemp oil into the margin you'll see the oil dissipating in the water and floating off. Cloudy Liquids (Manilla) A range of liquids that disperse attraction well in cold weather. Alcoholic additives: Spirits and liqueurs like vodka and Baileys Irish Cream can be very attractive to carp. Betalin (Hibders is a Good Winter liquid). Soak Boilies in Hemp Oil, Fake Corn in Betalin, Maggots, Worms...

@sifishes I don't buy the Active, I make my own 👍👍....5kg Manilla Bag, 1kg Manilla Active Powder, Cloudy Manilla Liquid....make up batches when I'm due to go....only just a sprinkling as I want my Hookbait to stand out the most....Manilla Hard hooker, gluuged in the liquid Manilla, then dipped into the Active Powder, left to dry then repeat.... Now I'm.on PVA Bags with Manilla Pellet, Manilla Active Powder and Yellow/White Manilla Wafters (with matching bait spray) and lightly dusted.
