Gokurakugai is currently one of my favorite new series on the Shonen Jump app. The art character designs and world building are top-notch. I pre-ordered the first three volumes, and the first arrived yesterday. I really think you'll enjoy it.

BL has more new releases than even isekai 💀
Since BL are so often single volume releases there are always going to be a greater concentration of them over almost anything else in a given month. (Also since BL are so insanely successful so pubs will continue to churn them out en masse)

I forgot how much good stuff was coming out this month, ive mainly been eyeing I Want You To Make Me Beautiful (ive been wanting to check out something from Steamship and it seems like a nice little Fake Dating story) but ive also been hearing great things about Nagahama To Be or Not To Be from BL enthusiasts, Victorias Electric Coffin seems neat (and its only 3 volumes so nice and short) and having just finished the anime the Sign of Affection omnis are tempting. (also while i might not grab these Gokuragai, Snowball Earth and Tales of the Tendo Family all seem great) I might hold off rn since i need to catch up on some other stuff but will def keep all these in mind. Once again great video as always!

I didn't even know there was a manga adaptation of Speed Grapher, so I'll definitely be checking that one out. And I'm very excited for you to read Gokurakugai. I'm reading it online, and its art is stellar. Also hope I can get my hands on that Vol. 2 of March Comes in Like a Lion! lol

A lot of these sound really interesting and pretty self contained (2 - 7 volumes). I think Makihirochi is the one i will probably check out first along with The Fable. Thanks as always for doing these videos.
Looking forward to Innocent vol 2! I really hope it appears in retailers early or else I'd probably have to get it in may.
Important for readers of Ascendance of a Bookworm. I only found out recently that J-Novel Club is following the release of the manga. In Japan, the different parts are being released simultaneously. Part 2 isn't done yet, even though part 3 is coming out.

Gokurakugai is a series with awesome art and really good characters so far, and I can't wait to own it physically, not to mention the other stuff packed in this video.
