@Osirus Actually using Iron Hand's modern mon Hariyama is actually pretty good for OHKO in 4 turns: Hariyama lvl 100 Ability: Guts @ flame orb ALL HYPER TRAINED EVs: 240 ATK l 40 DEF l 228 Speed -Detect -Belly Drum -Reversal -Close Combat Turn 1: Detect Turn 2: Belly Drum (burn is going to roll in anytime though) Turn 3: attack cheer (if hariyama can make through) Turn 4: Reversal if health at >10 Herba Mystica in hands now XD
Thanks for sharing this, Ive actually been having a lot of fun with this set through the week. I found it a little tricky to set up as you need certain partnering Pokemon to consistently pull it off, (which I thought most people might not want to put the effort in to) but when it works its definitely S tier.
@@Osirus Thanks, Osirus. I mean consistency is better than occasional easy KOs. I also made good use of the Archaludon builds from the previous Dragonite 7-star raid :)
Moves used in the video (in order):- For Iron Hands: Turn 1: Iron Defense Turn 2: Focus Energy Turn 3: Drain Punch (use Drain Punch till it nullifies stat boost on our side of the field and till we can terastallize) Turn 4: Drain Punch Turn 5: Drain Punch (Make sure to terastallize before using Belly Drum) Turn 6: Terastallize and use Belly Drum Turn 7: Drain Punch (Till you win) Turn 8: Drain Punch Turn 9: Drain Punch (You should win by this turn. If not, then just keep using Drain Punch till you win.) For Azumarill: Turn 1: Mud Slap Turn 2: Mud Slap Turn 3: Mud Slap Turn 4: Mud Slap Turn 5: Terastallize and use Play Rough (Wait for Feraligatr to nullify the stat boosts on our side of the field) Turn 6: Defense Curl Turn 7: Belly Drum Turn 8: Play Rough (Till you win) Turn 9: Play Rough Turn 10: Play Rough Turn 11: Play Rough (You should win by this turn. If not, then just keep using Play Rough till you win.) Hope this helps! 🙂
Great guide! I luckily had a level 100 Azumarill with Belly Drum and Play Rough that i got through a Surprise Trade, but it is a Water Tera type. I taught it Mud-Slap and used that to constantly blind Feraligatr, thereby allowing my teammates to chip health away for the win
ah sorry to hear, the crits are brutal I've been playing around with a fun 4 turn solo Hariyama set but those RNG rolls make it not so much fun over the successful runs lol
@@Osirus no worries, my moveset for the archaludon is: Body Press, Rock Smash, Reflect, Iron Defense. i use Iron Defense turn 1 to match the swords dance boost, then rock smash until tera orb charge, body press the rest of the way. once the reset happens, i use iron defense twice, then body press the rest of the way again. stamina boosting defense as well
@@roninwarriorsfan That's interesting. I've been going with Archaludon in Violet, but I use Breaking Swipe instead of Rock Smash. (and not bothering with Reflect since Psychic Fangs will break it anyway) The strategy's still the same, mind you. Very consistent even if it isn't super fast.
I've had good luck with Tera Fighting Orthworm. Iron Defense turn 1, Mud Slap 3 times. Once he clears your stats, Iron Defense 3 times and Body Press to win. I even forgot Shell Bell the first time and (barely) did it, but best to have it and not worry.
Hey... so I tried the Iron Hands one. And the first raid went well. But in the second raid, I keep dying to Psychic Fangs. I can't get a Belly Drum in and if I do, I get out speed by the Feraligatr. Anyone know what to do?
I've been having a very easy time with Scrafty. It has Naughty nature. I maxed out the Attack stat and I split the rest evenly between HP and Defence. It's holding the Metronome. It's ability is Intimate. The move set I have is Drain Punch, Body Slam to try for a paralysis and to fill the tera charge, Bulk Up for after he resets our stats and Taunt. You can run either Fighting or Stellar tera. I've have mass success using both of these terror types
Definitely recommend Tera Fighting Archaludon Ability: Stamina EV: 252 defense Moves: - Breaking Swipe (Atk debuffing until you can terastalize) - Body Press (after you get a couple of Stamina procs)
I got lucky with my NPC teammates during my first time fighting this raid. Got two Intimidate mons and a Drifblim who kept burning Feraligatr with Will-o-wisp. My Iron Hands smoothly cleared the raid because of them.
Moves used in the video (in order):- For Iron Hands: - Iron Defense - Focus Energy - Drain Punch x3 (use Drain Punch till it nullifies stat boost on our side of the field and till we can terastallize) (Make sure to terastallize before using Belly Drum) - Terastallize and use Belly Drum - Drain Punch (Till you win) For Azumarill: - Mud Slap x4 - Terastallize and use Play Rough (Wait for Feraligatr to nullify the stat boosts on our side of the field) - Defense Curl - Belly Drum - Play Rough (Till you win) Hope this helps! 🙂

THANK YOU SO MUCH NOW I DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE VIDEO
Thank you thank you thank you
Intimidate was essential for me- I couldn't win without it
Oh, thank goodness, I knew there had to be something better for us Violet players that don't get the prehistoric bicycle 😂
Iron hands Prevails once again, definitely makes it easier/quicker with an intimidator

It's probably far too late. But having one of the NPC bringing a intimidate user is VERY useful.

Impish nature
Ability ice body
EVs Max HP and Def with this you are good to go 👍🏻
Megearna, with its ability, works well with tera fairy, max defense, 180EV in SpAt, remaining EV in HP. Got it done first try.
I’ve used Orthworm with Earth Eater ability, Kommo-o, Koraidon (from one of your videos) and they work fine as well.
Why does play rough make the shell bell give more health back?
Koraidon was super easy. Use Breaking Swipe to bring his attack down and Tera into Drain Punch with a Black Belt after doing 3 Swords Dance.
I had used Galarian Zappos for the raid. It worked pretty well especially when using Thunderous Kick and Reversal with proper timing
Sounds a bit scary with the Ice Punch and Zapdos being a flying type.
@draconisaerius I did two bulk ups and held the Shell Bell item when using the attacks. It makes taking the ice punches tolerable and get health back.
Any updates on 7 star shiny rayquaza?
Nothing yet, hopefully we get some updates on it soon! as soon as Pokemon drop anything I'll update on the channel :)
Hisuian Samurott made it easy for me. I imagine Cramorant would work nicely for the same reason.
My Iron Hands hyper trained and still being outsped by Feraligatr.
Azumarill is goated as always! 😅😅
thank you bro :)
I already got this guy with Koraidon. It wasn't easy but I got him
If you go back and farm this weekend hope you have an easier time :)
@Osirus no thanks, I had a hard enough time beating him, I am not dealing with him again. I just want to get to the Torterra raid, and beat him
The staraptor difference is enormous
What item does iron hands hold
Scope lens item
Right, daylight saving time cut a hour off
Yeah I'm ngl I kind of appreciate the extra hour sleep I manage to get with the earlier raid drop :)
