I've got a more worthwhile build for your Fencer, there, buckaroo. Okay, so, what you'll want are 2 of the swords for your first loadout, and then 2 of the dispersal rocket pods for your second loadout. Anything requiring range medium and beyond can be dealt with when using the rockets, and the swords are good close-range. The swords even create a sort of beam that just decimates whatever gets in their way. Pair that with the ability to dodge around really fast multiple times from whatever exoskeleton upgrades you can find, and you can pretty much wipe out any enemy. Also, the rocket pods are really satisfying when they connect with their target, and you can lock on to one or two targets (though I prefer locking onto a single target with both launchers - which makes for easy killing of most types of frog).
Imagine once EDF6 hits and people start stacking the Hololive decoys on each other...
