I think it would he cool if Kuai and Bi-Hans father be Noob. But for some reason I feel like it would be to turn Bi-Han to the side of good not another evil variation of Noob. This is just me here, but it does seem like the majority of people who were evil are not in this timeline.

Titan Noob Saibot. Every MK11 ending is canon. Anyone who beat his ending knows that he killed everyone and turned them into the Brotherhood of Shadow revenants.
Noob could easily return with Titan Havok's timeline. That way both Bi Hans can exist and the dialogue could be him facing his potential fate if he doesn't change :)
It is possible that Kuai Liang (scorpion) becomes the new Noob saibot, becoming something of a tragic hero and the one who takes his place as scorpion will be the young Hanzo Hasashi.
Kuai Liang, and Bi Hans father could become Noob Saibot. That would be an interesting twist. I think most people expect Bi Han to die since that's always been the way it was in previous games. This is a new timeline, so things could be entirely different this time around.
I feel like Bi-han dying would be like when Milena died, in other words, horrible idea that would probably enrage some fans, Mortal Kombat just isn't Mortal Kombat without a Sub-Zero
I firmly believe that Jade will return in the story mode expansion cuz in the intros they call her 'countess'. So her being a countess in this timeline, but not being in the story at all, literally makes her role of being one, a straight up waste. I mean why suddenly make her a *freakin* countess and then do nothing to explain it further. Plus, it's pretty much confirmed in the intros that Kitana meets her and that Jade will be critical for Kitana's future (says Liu Kang). So it seems like in the story mode expansion, Kitana and Jade might have bigger roles than we think or maybe everything what I said about this is completely wrong 🥴

I like the idea that this timelines Noob Saibot could be Bi Han’s & Quai Liang’s father. The one who Bi Han apparently was responsible for killing. If he was an abusive/power hungry clan leader, that would explain where Bi Han’s negative influence came from, & also be fitting for him to wind up in the Neatherrealm after dying. Similar to Spawn/Al Simmons, some dark force/dark entity down there could see his impressive fighting ability & dark heart, making him the perfect contestant to become a dark reaper/wraith soldier from hell.
Wow this is actually a really good idea, I like the fact that they incorporated other npcs into the game from the story with other fighters like how Jerrod resides inside Ermac instead of how in the past we never got to see Jerrod in the stories (well this is more my opinion I’m not sure if he was mentioned or shown before lol 😅) but yeah I would love to see Noob Saibot again in this timeline!!!!

Here’s my personal head cannon for Noob’s return. Inside the normal story smoke and scorpion bring up how they must honor their father’s tradition for the Lin Kuei but Sub-Zero revels that he killed his father. They bring this up so many times that it has to hold some wight so what if I’m the expansion Quan Chi brings back Noob Saibot for the old grandmaster and instead of noob being evil he joins the Shiri Ryu to take down the Lin Kuei

I think Harumi will be the kameo they’re adding with Takeda. Every DLC had an accompanying kameo so they probably were just keeping her under wraps. I feel like she’ll drop before story expansion.
Think Noob Saibot would be a new elite member of Sub Zero's new Lin Kuei, an assassin he might send to end his brother. Another possibility is that he might be a minion of Quan Chi or come from another timeline.
It probably will continue the cliffhanger left by the original story, meaning Titan Havik and his alternate buddies will make chaos and probably more maddening multiversal stuff, which I personally don't mind, but most people are already done with this type of plotline
100% agreed! Glad we got more 3D era characters on the base roster. Wish Shujinko, Darrius, Sareena and Mavado are fully playable instead of Kameos. I'd love to see Kai, Hotaru and some characters we haven't seen in such a long time.
Personally I want to see the return of Bo’ Rai Cho I think a lot of creative things can be done with his drink and a new backstory to see how Liu Kang sort of repays him for his training would be fun. Also I do love him in MKX and I still think there’s opportunities for him to improve
I think that they could possibly kill Tomas off but revive him as Noob Saibot. In the Midway Era, Noob was a variant of Smoke originally, and I also believe that they wouldn’t straight up kill Bi-Han for reasons Dawg had stated.
I think since Hanzo Hasashi is still canon in the new universe but not taken up by any ninja role (At least to my knowledge since he COULD be Takeda) he might die and turn into Noob Saibot

Youre not alone, brother. Hanzo will always be the true Scorpion. The whole character is based and never ending rage and hatred. I like that they want to change things, but Sub Zero and Scorpion are the 2 iconic characters of the franchise. Changing either of them is criminal. Well my thoughts on Hanzo are clear but to reply to the other stuff The big problem I guess is that there is two sub-zeros even tho Bi Han was only Sub in OG MK (can I add that I hate I can't just use MK1 for the first one now) and Mythologies. As for reptile being good now doesn't super duper bother me cause Reptile has always been a pawn not exactly evil And Rain being a Mage .. idk how I feel about it exactly tho I do get what they are doing. The theme with MK1s story is that the timeline is just slightly off. Example being Kuai Liang being Scorpion now instead of the second subzero.. but still being the brother of Bi-Han. NRS isn’t afraid to retcon tho so maybe they’ll just combine two characters again and say that Kai is now Noob Saibot. Kinda like how Dairou is now havik
When it comes to Kameo fighter I have a feeling Kollector might show up some way shape or form, we already know the Naknadans exist in this new timeline so i won’t be to surprised if he or a new Naknadan appears.
Yeah I agree 100%, Ghostface would be a great idea, he tries to act scary and fierce, plus, he has a very intimidating voice (provided by Roger L Jackson) but as you said, most of the time he's so clumsy and goofy. I love your ideas for his moves and I stand by all of them.

If you look at the concept art for smoke you can see he was supposed to have a hunting knife instead of his karambit. I think this was to distinguish the masked ninja from the masked ghost face just a little bit more
I haven’t played much of MK1. I got the premium Kollectors edition, but only played an hour or so. We had to move and I haven’t gotten to it yet. By now, I have multiple dlc characters to try out along with the story, etc. I’ll be busy for awhile.
Noob could definitely be Bi Han and Kuai’s father. Since Bi Han allowed their father to die (as it was revealed in the story of mk1), he could be coming back for revenge against him and to reform their clan. Which mean we could also get a good guy Noob Saibot :D

You broke my heart with the Jade news. I still have hope that she'll appear... Maybe not playable but in her Countess role. Maybe throw back with a "secret boss fight" in the story mode but she won't be available to play until KP2 like how Quan Chi was in the MK1 Storymode.
I think it would be cool for the cyber Lin kuei to adapt and become more cybernetic as the new timeline progresses like Maybe at first they are just suits and then they start to replace a limb or two kinda like winter soldier and then eventually just full cybernetic body. Also I think noob will be either Bi-Han’s dad (they were strangely adamant on reminding us that Bi-Han left him to die) or hanzo and maybe the Saibot sidekick is just a different manifestation of smoke abilities since it looks like smoke is gonna be Hanzo’s mentor.

Here are my thoughts. Noob Saibot would be the Revenant of Sub-Zero and Scorpians father. Kuai Liang(Scorpian) Dies and is replaced with Hanzo Hasashi, Erron Black and Nightwolf would be in the DLC since they made a kameo in test you might, and Madam Bo would be playable sharing Bo rai cho's moveset. (Also the guest character theme is based on Superheros so Ghostface wouldn't be a perfect fit.)
If true about jade then I wont be buying MK DLC for a long time it seems. I did not give a shit about KP1 except for ermac and one character is not worth a whole pack. I'm not to interested in the story DLC since m1k story is a mess.
I don’t feel like ghostface will be in this game. I want him to be, but it just doesn’t seem like what they’re going for in this game. MKX was the horror movie game. Jason, Leatherface, Alien. MK11 was the 1980’s and 90’s action movie game. Robocop, Rambo, Terminator, Spawn. MK1 is the superhero game. Peacemaker, Homelander, Omni-Man (probably because it was supposed to be injustice 3 lol). So it doesn’t feel like horror movie fits this batch of guest characters. But MK9 had Freddy Krueger and Kratos so who knows.
Noob should be Kaui resurrected after being murdered by Bi-Han. That way you can have thematic rhyming of Sub-Zero killing Scorpion, and Scorpion becoming a revenant/wraith/spectre/he'll spawn. Then have Noob get revenge kill Sub-Zero, but Sub-Zero gets resurrected through the Cyber Initiative, boom new era Cyber Sub-Zero. Also new era Noob-Smoke team up.
We need to see Sektor Cyrax shujinko and maybe some more motaro. I don’t think that many “new” characters will be in the game but instead expanding on who is already on the roster. Example being fully playable Cyrax & sektor. I expect the story to be focused on Bi Han and maybe even him turning into noob naibot. Also havik, rain storyline and maybe Li Mei will turn and side with Onaga. WE NEED TO SEE ONAGA

I want to see Hotaru dude 😣. He’s my favorite of the 3D era. And I just want to see in a new style. EDIT: cyber armor sounds like a god awful idea. Instead I think they’ll just be the human versions of Cyrax and Sektor like in MK9. Just that maybe this time instead of using magical powers…they’ll have more technological powers. So for example Sektor will have gauntlets that give him the powered punches he has and a kind of arm brace for the fire he shoots.
I like the idea of Noob being Bi-Han and Kuai Liang's father. He'd have some vengeful, disappointed, cold dialogue with Bi-Han while proud of Tomas and Kuai. That, or we give a time skip with the Story, have a grown up Hanzo, and give him the Jason Todd treatment.
While not my fav of the "Kombat Kids", i think we really could use Kung Jin, along with Takeda... he was even mentioned between Kenshi and Kung Lao. All 4 of them really should've been brought back in some way or another. They were great in MKX and both Cassie and Jacqui had good roles in MK11, so i hate to see that they aren't around in the 'new era'.
I would take anything Netherrelm said about the endings being canon with a big grain of salt. Not because they're mustache twirling villains or idiots or anything negative like that but because before the last game came out Boon had an official interview where he said "this time around every last character to make an appearance in the story mode will eventually be dlc." Which didn't happen with Sector and Cyrax that time either. Plans simply change due to countless variables. The same exact reason for Jade too. Now to be clear I'm leaning towards him being right about the above characters but I'm just saying if I were a huge cyborg fan I wouldn't be getting my hopes too high. And lastly Ghost Face has gotta be the worst idea for a guest character yet. For the love of God please don't!
In my opinion they better not put Ghostface in this game or any MK game. The game is already at a decline and this will make it worse. Mortal Kombat characters have a certain look and style in which this goofy looking character won't work. If you put Ghostface in the game, put Scooby-Doo and Shaggy in there as well. Smh 😂
Oh you know how they could pull off Chucky if they ever wanna go that route? They could try to pull a Ferator and have Jenifer Tilly be the character with the hitboxes and stuff and have Chucky sort of either being cradled by her or just hanging off her back, and she could be like a zoner sending Chucky out to deal some damage and stuff. Thinking about it I don’t know what mk characters will join the next few dlc but I do know when mk does guest characters there’s always a theme. Mk x was horror movies, mk 11 was 80s action heroes, and this one seems to be villains or heroes turned villains so I’m seeing a dc character of some kind (they will do it since injustice is no where to be seen) maybe some more tv show hero to villains like maybe we get doctor manhattan, or maybe dip into the boys again and get billy butcher shit the tick would be super funny. I can’t wait to play the story expansion and then wait for the trailer for Kombat pack 2. Yes we should get the cyborgs but part of the first chapter has been leaked and Jhonny says the Lin Kewi look like they are wearing anime mech armor so your iron man guess is close. After the second Kombat pack I wonder if we will get more and maybe another story expansion or they will just start talking about IJ3 or MK 2and then we see whichever trailer 2-3 years later.
I'm super happy about Liu kang's glow up but like the thing is like I almost wished that mortal Kombat x would have gotten an aftermath DLC to can you continue its story because like Bella salon unfinished and I'm starting to get aggravated with the time travel stuff because like I was okay with it in mk11 though kronika was too lame to exist as a character and honestly Shang Tsung was a better Kronika as Damashi than she was as her self.
Just like with some characters they aren't how they were in other timelines. Like how raiden isnt a natural lightning god but powered by an amulet, noob will be Bi- Han but Noob is the leader of this version of the Lin Kuei which will become the brotherhood of shadow, they won't be the dark soulless things that just pop up but the other members themselves, who knows he may even called the cyber initiative the bhos. In his dialogue between smoke he hints to brothers lurking in the shadows. So my guess is he reliquishes the sub zero mantle and changes lin kuei the the BHOS.
I believe that Hanzo is going to be noob saibot. His design in both scorpion and smoke endings show him wearing black as his main outfit. He also is the only ninja without a costume (since kuai Liang is scorpion) and noob saibot also doesn't have a person who wears his identity. Couple with the fact that the war between the clans inevitable, as predicted by geras, it's completely possible that Hanzo dies and gets revived as noob saibot thanks to Quan chi. Also, I believe that in the war, bi han will die as well. And sub zero will become the spirit of vengeance. Changing the roles with scorpion.

I like the idea that this timelines Noob Saibot could be Bi Han’s & Quai Liang’s father.
The one who Bi Han apparently was responsible for killing.
If he was an abusive/power hungry clan leader, that would explain where Bi Han’s negative influence came from, & also be fitting for him to wind up in the Neatherrealm after dying.
Similar to Spawn/Al Simmons, some dark force/dark entity down there could see his impressive fighting ability & dark heart, making him the perfect contestant to become a dark reaper/wraith soldier from hell.
Wow this is actually a really good idea, I like the fact that they incorporated other npcs into the game from the story with other fighters like how Jerrod resides inside Ermac instead of how in the past we never got to see Jerrod in the stories (well this is more my opinion I’m not sure if he was mentioned or shown before lol 😅) but yeah I would love to see Noob Saibot again in this timeline!!!!

We don’t really know what he was like, & if he saw Bi Han as his #1, all the focus could’ve been on him anyway & maybe Scorpion never really knew the real him.

It's very clear in the story their father was not a bad guy. You guys haven't paid any attention in the dialogue of the story

Here’s my personal head cannon for Noob’s return. Inside the normal story smoke and scorpion bring up how they must honor their father’s tradition for the Lin Kuei but Sub-Zero revels that he killed his father. They bring this up so many times that it has to hold some wight so what if I’m the expansion Quan Chi brings back Noob Saibot for the old grandmaster and instead of noob being evil he joins the Shiri Ryu to take down the Lin Kuei

I think Harumi will be the kameo they’re adding with Takeda. Every DLC had an accompanying kameo so they probably were just keeping her under wraps. I feel like she’ll drop before story expansion.

100% agreed! Glad we got more 3D era characters on the base roster. Wish Shujinko, Darrius, Sareena and Mavado are fully playable instead of Kameos. I'd love to see Kai, Hotaru and some characters we haven't seen in such a long time.

I think that they could possibly kill Tomas off but revive him as Noob Saibot. In the Midway Era, Noob was a variant of Smoke originally, and I also believe that they wouldn’t straight up kill Bi-Han for reasons Dawg had stated.
I think since Hanzo Hasashi is still canon in the new universe but not taken up by any ninja role (At least to my knowledge since he COULD be Takeda) he might die and turn into Noob Saibot

Youre not alone, brother. Hanzo will always be the true Scorpion. The whole character is based and never ending rage and hatred. I like that they want to change things, but Sub Zero and Scorpion are the 2 iconic characters of the franchise. Changing either of them is criminal. Even Reptile being a nice guy and Rain being a mage, I dont know man.

Well my thoughts on Hanzo are clear but to reply to the other stuff
The big problem I guess is that there is two sub-zeros even tho Bi Han was only Sub in OG MK (can I add that I hate I can't just use MK1 for the first one now) and Mythologies.
As for reptile being good now doesn't super duper bother me cause Reptile has always been a pawn not exactly evil
And Rain being a Mage .. idk how I feel about it exactly tho I do get what they are doing. Basically the same as Ermac (and maybe tremor too) where Mac is Basically more of a telekinetic soul wizard then a ninja.. if you are like me imma guess it's the staff that is bugging you as it just feels weird that he has it.

The theme with MK1s story is that the timeline is just slightly off. Example being Kuai Liang being Scorpion now instead of the second subzero.. but still being the brother of Bi-Han. NRS isn’t afraid to retcon tho so maybe they’ll just combine two characters again and say that Kai is now Noob Saibot. Kinda like how Dairou is now havik
When it comes to Kameo fighter I have a feeling Kollector might show up some way shape or form, we already know the Naknadans exist in this new timeline so i won’t be to surprised if he or a new Naknadan appears.

Yeah I agree 100%, Ghostface would be a great idea, he tries to act scary and fierce, plus, he has a very intimidating voice (provided by Roger L Jackson) but as you said, most of the time he's so clumsy and goofy. I love your ideas for his moves and I stand by all of them.

I'm thinking that noob saibot is a titan in he's own timeline and know that there are others timelines seeking them out he ecounter titan havik and meeting sub zero bi han face to face seeing his darker side.
We need MORE CUSTOMIZATION. The next game should get rid of cameos, focus on the main fighters, and offer lots of customization.

If you look at the concept art for smoke you can see he was supposed to have a hunting knife instead of his karambit. I think this was to distinguish the masked ninja from the masked ghost face just a little bit more

I haven’t played much of MK1. I got the premium Kollectors edition, but only played an hour or so. We had to move and I haven’t gotten to it yet. By now, I have multiple dlc characters to try out along with the story, etc. I’ll be busy for awhile.

You broke my heart with the Jade news. I still have hope that she'll appear... Maybe not playable but in her Countess role. Maybe throw back with a "secret boss fight" in the story mode but she won't be available to play until KP2 like how Quan Chi was in the MK1 Storymode.

I think it would be cool for the cyber Lin kuei to adapt and become more cybernetic as the new timeline progresses like Maybe at first they are just suits and then they start to replace a limb or two kinda like winter soldier and then eventually just full cybernetic body. Also I think noob will be either Bi-Han’s dad (they were strangely adamant on reminding us that Bi-Han left him to die) or hanzo and maybe the Saibot sidekick is just a different manifestation of smoke abilities since it looks like smoke is gonna be Hanzo’s mentor.
Wonder if Hanzo Hasashi will be Noob Saibot in the expanded story mode.

Here are my thoughts.
Noob Saibot would be the Revenant of Sub-Zero and Scorpians father. Kuai Liang(Scorpian) Dies and is replaced with Hanzo Hasashi, Erron Black and Nightwolf would be in the DLC since they made a kameo in test you might, and Madam Bo would be playable sharing Bo rai cho's moveset.
(Also the guest character theme is based on Superheros so Ghostface wouldn't be a perfect fit.)
If true about jade then I wont be buying MK DLC for a long time it seems. I did not give a shit about KP1 except for ermac and one character is not worth a whole pack. I'm not to interested in the story DLC since m1k story is a mess.
I don’t feel like ghostface will be in this game. I want him to be, but it just doesn’t seem like what they’re going for in this game. MKX was the horror movie game. Jason, Leatherface, Alien. MK11 was the 1980’s and 90’s action movie game. Robocop, Rambo, Terminator, Spawn. MK1 is the superhero game. Peacemaker, Homelander, Omni-Man (probably because it was supposed to be injustice 3 lol). So it doesn’t feel like horror movie fits this batch of guest characters. But MK9 had Freddy Krueger and Kratos so who knows.
Noob should be Kaui resurrected after being murdered by Bi-Han. That way you can have thematic rhyming of Sub-Zero killing Scorpion, and Scorpion becoming a revenant/wraith/spectre/he'll spawn. Then have Noob get revenge kill Sub-Zero, but Sub-Zero gets resurrected through the Cyber Initiative, boom new era Cyber Sub-Zero. Also new era Noob-Smoke team up.
We need to see Sektor Cyrax shujinko and maybe some more motaro. I don’t think that many “new” characters will be in the game but instead expanding on who is already on the roster. Example being fully playable Cyrax & sektor. I expect the story to be focused on Bi Han and maybe even him turning into noob naibot. Also havik, rain storyline and maybe Li Mei will turn and side with Onaga. WE NEED TO SEE ONAGA
What if Noib Saibot is just an Entity created by Quan Chi. He would have help Lin Kuei to beat Shirai Ryu.

EDIT: cyber armor sounds like a god awful idea. Instead I think they’ll just be the human versions of Cyrax and Sektor like in MK9. Just that maybe this time instead of using magical powers…they’ll have more technological powers. So for example Sektor will have gauntlets that give him the powered punches he has and a kind of arm brace for the fire he shoots.
I like the idea of Noob being Bi-Han and Kuai Liang's father. He'd have some vengeful, disappointed, cold dialogue with Bi-Han while proud of Tomas and Kuai.
That, or we give a time skip with the Story, have a grown up Hanzo, and give him the Jason Todd treatment.
While not my fav of the "Kombat Kids", i think we really could use Kung Jin, along with Takeda... he was even mentioned between Kenshi and Kung Lao. All 4 of them really should've been brought back in some way or another. They were great in MKX and both Cassie and Jacqui had good roles in MK11, so i hate to see that they aren't around in the 'new era'.
I would take anything Netherrelm said about the endings being canon with a big grain of salt. Not because they're mustache twirling villains or idiots or anything negative like that but because before the last game came out Boon had an official interview where he said "this time around every last character to make an appearance in the story mode will eventually be dlc." Which didn't happen with Sector and Cyrax that time either. Plans simply change due to countless variables. The same exact reason for Jade too.
Now to be clear I'm leaning towards him being right about the above characters but I'm just saying if I were a huge cyborg fan I wouldn't be getting my hopes too high.
And lastly Ghost Face has gotta be the worst idea for a guest character yet. For the love of God please don't!

In my opinion they better not put Ghostface in this game or any MK game. The game is already at a decline and this will make it worse. Mortal Kombat characters have a certain look and style in which this goofy looking character won't work. If you put Ghostface in the game, put Scooby-Doo and Shaggy in there as well. Smh 😂
Oh you know how they could pull off Chucky if they ever wanna go that route? They could try to pull a Ferator and have Jenifer Tilly be the character with the hitboxes and stuff and have Chucky sort of either being cradled by her or just hanging off her back, and she could be like a zoner sending Chucky out to deal some damage and stuff. Just a thought when I saw the horror movie thingy.
Thinking about it I don’t know what mk characters will join the next few dlc but I do know when mk does guest characters there’s always a theme. Mk x was horror movies, mk 11 was 80s action heroes, and this one seems to be villains or heroes turned villains so I’m seeing a dc character of some kind (they will do it since injustice is no where to be seen) maybe some more tv show hero to villains like maybe we get doctor manhattan, or maybe dip into the boys again and get billy butcher shit the tick would be super funny. I just see based off previous games this is most likely

What if they make Noob Hanzo? Maybe Bi Han had killed Hanzo and that’s why his wife took up the mantle of vengeance like he did, but somehow Hanzo turned to Noob as well. I’d like to see Hanzo again so that’s why I am hoping that maybe the case, it’s just weird that they took Hanzo away. That’s one change I never really agreed with tbh.
I’d prefer it if the cyber ninjas are full robots with a human soul transferred in them. Like, a means to save a ninjas life. A last resort to keep them in the clan.

I can’t wait to play the story expansion and then wait for the trailer for Kombat pack 2. Yes we should get the cyborgs but part of the first chapter has been leaked and Jhonny says the Lin Kewi look like they are wearing anime mech armor so your iron man guess is close. After the second Kombat pack I wonder if we will get more and maybe another story expansion or they will just start talking about IJ3 or MK 2and then we see whichever trailer 2-3 years later.

I'm super happy about Liu kang's glow up but like the thing is like I almost wished that mortal Kombat x would have gotten an aftermath DLC to can you continue its story because like Bella salon unfinished and I'm starting to get aggravated with the time travel stuff because like I was okay with it in mk11 though kronika was too lame to exist as a character and honestly Shang Tsung was a better Kronika as Damashi than she was as her self.
Just like with some characters they aren't how they were in other timelines. Like how raiden isnt a natural lightning god but powered by an amulet, noob will be Bi- Han but Noob is the leader of this version of the Lin Kuei which will become the brotherhood of shadow, they won't be the dark soulless things that just pop up but the other members themselves, who knows he may even called the cyber initiative the bhos. In his dialogue between smoke he hints to brothers lurking in the shadows. So my guess is he reliquishes the sub zero mantle and changes lin kuei the the BHOS.
I believe that Hanzo is going to be noob saibot. His design in both scorpion and smoke endings show him wearing black as his main outfit. He also is the only ninja without a costume (since kuai Liang is scorpion) and noob saibot also doesn't have a person who wears his identity.
Couple with the fact that the war between the clans inevitable, as predicted by geras, it's completely possible that Hanzo dies and gets revived as noob saibot thanks to Quan chi.
Also, I believe that in the war, bi han will die as well. And sub zero will become the spirit of vengeance. Changing the roles with scorpion.
