- These coffee cake muffins are the best way to start off your mornings! Not too sweet, a delectable treat to enjoy with your morning coffee routine every day.

☕🧁Ingredients
Dry
-3/4 Cup / 90G AP Flour
-1 Tsp Baking Powder
-1/8 Tsp Baking Soda
-1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
-1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
-1/2 Tsp Salt
Wet
-3 Tbsp Oil
-1/4 Cup / 50G Brown Sugar
-6 Tbsp/ 90mL Whole Milk
-1 Egg (55G)
-1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Crumb Topping
-3 Tbsp AP Flour
-1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
-1/2 Tbsp Sugar
Bake at 375F / 191 C for 15 mins or until golden brown.

In all the years making muffins...I recently found making JUMBO muffins is better...they turn out moister unlike the regular size...they are hard to get moist without it being raw inside...I have jumbo pans and use jumbo paper liners....the little muffins are like pucks/hard/dry.

Is it a total of 30 minutes baking ?
This shows rotate half way, then it does not say back 15 more minutes.
Should rotation occur after 7 1/2 minutes ?
I didnt see the coffee added in the video neither in the ingredient.

Lol, so there are no coffee in coffee muffins. It's called coffee cake/muffins because people eat it with coffee on the side. Lol I know, I was confused too in the beginning. Hope that helps.
When you have everything but the brown sugar 🤦♀️🤦♀️ I think I will use cocoa powder and a little maple syrup.
