So wonderful to see you so happy! Your Eclair Raglan is just stunning! I've had it in my queue but your high praise of the pattern has definitely moved it up!

So very nice to see you smiling and happy! I do think that you look great in raglan sweaters but I wonder if you would make them a little smaller if you would like them better on you. Some are designed to be oversized and look good that way but just knitting the pattern in a bigger size to get the oversize look doesn’t always work. I think the fear of the garment turning out too small keeps me knitting things too big as well. And I need you to pick my Woolberry colorways for me because when you show yours I always think that is what I should have ordered instead of what I did order. Oh well, keep smiling and knitting beautiful things!

You seem really happy and that's very nice to see :) Also, I'm working on my eclair raglan while watching this, haha.

So thrilled to see that you are happy and in a loving relationship. Love all the sweaters, yarn sharing, etc. A delight! P.S. if you look up the pronunciation of skein, it does indeed rhyme with cocaine!

Whoah I’m working on my eclair right now, I’m just past the yoke and I will admit I am getting tired of working the cabling!

I’m so happy to see you and Sterling have found each other. There’s such beautiful sincerity between you, having seen your Insta stories. You look happy and at peace and you deserve it.
Also when you talked about grit, it made me wonder if he likes Rick Hanson, who talks about grit as an inner trait we can draw on to help us. If he does like him, I wouldn’t be surprised (Rick Hanson is a lovely, gentle and wise man)

Try looking up contiguous sweater construction. It might be something you will like. Love catching up with you.

White Mountains by midori hirose is the most thought out raglan construction and most costamizable sweater I have come across to date. Maybe it would work for your shoulders as well 😊

I so hear you on the crochet-thing! I started out as a crocheter because I figured one needle was easier than two but I could never find the stitches! To this day I dream of making a granny square blanket. Good luck wirh your project though. I am sure you can do it!

Hey! Whenever I see you've uploaded a new episode it always makes me smile. I love seeing your finished sweaters and what you're working on! Having said that, please do whatever works best for you whether its recording every two weeks, or once a month, or whatever you need to do to be happy and not feel stressed about podcasting. Do not feel guilty: you have to take of you, and everything else will be fine!

I love watching your videos and your honest opinions about things (I've never considered what type of shoulders I have - thanks for the tip - it may be why I end up unhappy with some of my makes). As for the crochet, have you considered Tunisian crochet? It might help you "see" the stitches and make it click since like knitting, you have multiple stitches on the hook rather than just one.

so lovely as always to hear about all your updates, both knitting and personal! So cool to hear about your new relationship - my husband and I have been together for seven years and most of our time is spent with him playing video games and me knitting. It is so so nice that we can both do our favorite things while also spending time together, definitely a key factor in our long term happiness. I wish all the same for you!!

congratulations on your relationship Aro! I'm so happy for you. finding someone who fits so well with you is like finding a needle in a haystack. i wish you the best with that relationship. also that fitted raglan has inspired me to try knitting raglans again.

I have struggled with learning crochet over the years too. Nothing made sense, until I was gifted a Woobles kit for Christmas. The instructions was SO good - they went over everything, including seeing the stitches (I had that issue too). I definitely recommend it. I have actually tackled a couple crochet patterns since then! Love the podcast!
