I love your videos Lydia and I'm a long-time follower of yours. The outfits are gorgeous. However, I am a bit tired of partnerships in every other video. Now Lily silk, Arket before, Fabrique before that. I understand that this is also partially how you earn your living but for most of us it would be much more enriching to see how we can combine the items we already have in our wardrobes, not see new items every single video. I am not even going to shop this much anyway. Sorry if this is not the most exciting comment but I would love to see more content with clothes that are already in your own wardrobe, how you adapt them for every season and/or occasion.
100% Lydia, I think you’re losing touch with your loyal followers. People don’t have the disposable income these days to be buying more pieces, you’re slowly ostracising your audience.
Honestly, that’s the main reason why I’ve just kinda stopped watching after a bit. The whole point of subscribing was for that type of content and now it’s evolving to becoming like every other influencer 😔
Totally agree. Over consumption is not sustainable for the planet and the Middle class is gone now. People have no money for these constant extravagant purchases.
Well, I already have that grey skirt, and I'm looking for ideas with which to combine it. This video was useful in this way. There are a lot of tips Lidia shares with us, about colors, shapes and others, you just need to listen to it.
True story: some of these factories are so goodt you can’t even tell. ❤ I’m sticking with the factories boo. That’s how you do it. I have many authentic bags and reps from factories *suluxy* and when I tell you they legit have them down pack you can’t even tell that’s how good they have gotten. Be smart ladies!
My favourite is the cream skirt and matching jumper, I'm going to recreate this for Xmas day with some sparkly shoes in gold and some sparkly earrings, all to sit in my sister in laws house in Pontefract with 2 kids 5 adults and 4 dogs, what could go wrong 😂
Brings me back to when I was 55 kg absolutely gorgeous woman when anything I put on looked stunning. Really Lydia’s thinnes good face and hair etc makes everything look wonderful.
Always beautiful stylings. A monochrome combo of a silk skirt w a cashmere sweater is my go to party look for fall / winter. The shoes & accessories determine the level of dressiness. So easy & comfy❤️
Thank you for these outfit ideas. I can’t buy LilySilk, but I appreciate your fashion and style. My favorite was the cream outfit or the grey skirt and black sweater. Both were very pretty
The first wrap cardigan is good with jeans, flats, camel suede shoulder bag for street style which I prefer more. You cannot go wrong with gray and black, classic! Everything looks good on you!😘
Hi Lydia, although all the outfits are perfect for the upcoming festive season, my favourite is also the all cream coloured outfit with the gold touches. Stunning ! 🥰👜🇨🇦
Loving this video! I absolutely love dressing up and going all out during the festive season but it's really nice to have some styling inspiration for those moments that require a more comfy and cosy approach. Really loving the looks you've put together! Lily Silk's pieces are so gorgeous. I'm loving the colour combinations, especially the black with the grey and silver accessories. Definitely something I look forward to try and recreate with pieces from my wardrobe this festive season! 🤍
Love all your content. You have amazing style and tips. Random question Where is your closest from? I’m in the middle of redoing my closet and was just curious. Really nice closet
Love grey and brown together. It would be fabulous and helpful if you could show us two to three different ways to style the pieces rather than talking about the ideas. Most of us need the visual inspiration. My favorite look was the last outfit with the suede skirt. For petite women interested in purchasing from Lily Silk, I feel their items run a little bit larger. I can't imagine that any of the pants will fit a 5 ft 1 inch lady.
I hate the shiny aluminum foil shoes. I think when you look back in a few years, you'll say to yourself, 'What was I thinking?' My favorite outfit was the grey skirt, black boots, and black sweater. It is simple yet sophisticated.
Hmmm…I’m torn. There are things that one might not consider wearing during the rest of the year, but that hit different during the holiday season. I think silver and gold shoes fill that role. I have a pair of faded gold mules from J Crew which I bring out to party every December and I adore them!
My favourite look is the cream outfit and I like that it has a more regular fit. The grey cashmere wrap top is gorgeous but it looks very oversized on Lydia, especially the sleeve length and it would swamp my small frame.
I wouldn’t be mad about the silver shoes- as long as they are leather. These ones are unfortunately not, making them look cheap. :/ Lydia has the lovely matte Other stories grey pair- I bought the same because of her 🙈 The grey cardigan is to die for though! 🩶🤍🩶
I liked all the pieces but combining the first two looks mix of soft and cozy jumper with slick and crisp pants and hard-pointy-shoes/purse feels dissonant. The combo made me think "Boho Barbarella." I would have preferred a soft-soft combination of the cashmere wrap top with the pleated merino skirt and some cozy suede boots. I just realized that silver patent pointy shoes are not flattering because the reflectivity disappears into the carpet and makes legs look shorter. Also presents a harsh and aggressive vibe.
@@BrunetteGiant I think the tension approach only works when the desired total effect is "edgy". To me, the first two looks were pairing two elegant looks that are trying for an overall elegant look that just failed.
I love styling but it takes a lot of time and effort to put together a look and it’s overwhelming sometimes. Do you also go through it and what do you?
I would love to see a primark video, primark has a higher range etc, i.e primark edit and they have some good decent quality clothes which still give quiet luxury and I have been complimented on them.. would love to see this from u!!
I love your videos. Been watching you for some time now. My issue is work wear. I know you have touched base on work wear, but it's not practical. Please do a more realistic workwear video. In London people are still dressing down for work. What sort of work do you do? How do you smarten up cargo pants, joggers, leggings & jeans for work? I know that's not work wear but that's what I see. Not too bad in winter because the dressing can be hidden under a coat.

Your videos are magnificent but my favorites are definitely when you help us be creative with what we probably already have in our closet
I would love it if you made a similar video with more affordable brands such as uniqlo
It's about good quality materials, trust me you get what you pay for x

Fabulous outfits! I could live in these on a regular basis for the season as well!! I loved the skirt w/turtleneck and leather jacket the best!!

Thank you, my dear Lydia! Just the video I was waiting for ❤❤❤

Lovely video ! Would love to see your picks , maybe including some High street as well for festive season , parties etc?
I loved ALL the outfits on you, but doubt them working on my SHORT frame 😢
I love your videos. I miss more casual winterlooks🤍
Thank you, Lydia. Party time is closer, then it appears. ❤🎉🎉
My favorite was the last one
My favourite the last one!! ❤🥰
Finally some stylish recommendation for a cold-ie like me!

I’d love to see a video of the pieces you actually kept from all these brand sponsors.

I’m also petite and that is so helpful. Thank you.
Great, but they don’t even sell clothes in my size. Lol.
Dear Lidya, there is any discount for COS? I can't find it. Thank you very much.
I could not find a link to golden coloured bracelet. Thanks
You are always stunning! Did you move into a mansion?

I love those shoes, have a similar flat pair and they go with so much.
Love the cardigan with silk trousers and will be recreating a similar look for sure 👌

I think the point is you want that tension. You don't necessarily want the whole outfit to be all one vibe

I liked the merino wool skirt outfits. Brushed cashmere is a 1 hit wonder and will not wear well so I would never buy.

I hear “Lily Silk” and I’m out. Overpriced and ill fitting, pushed by every influencer. No thanks.
I hate this brand. It seems to me like they make through the influencers hard brainwashing. But not with me!
I agree, overpriced, not the best silk, actually prefer the Zara striped shirts to LS
I agree. Really regretted my last purchase
Lilysilk is made in China . I won’t buy cashmere from a non-ethical company
I hate this brand. To me it seems like brainwashing through the influencers. But they have NO chance with me!😝
I agree! Too much too often, of this brand!
