Fried Turnip and Taro Cake

Every new year this is a staple in our home. Fried taro and turnip cake. Yummy fried foods is the only way to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Typically we always buy the cakes. Its so much easier that way than making the batter and steaming it yourself.....but frying it has its challenges too. Here is an easy tutorial on how you can serve your taro and turnip cake two ways.
