      You can alternatively grind the ingredients without soaking rice, but using fine rice powder..... just a suggestion.

    Hi, thanks for this recipe, I made this today. I used zucchini and onions because thats what I had at home. I added a pinch of baking soda. It was a great and quick snack / breakfast.

    I have already made it twice. It was excellent. Actually, the second time it tasted better, as the batter was a little thinner (on account of the cucumber being a little bigger). And it is going to be one of our favourite breakfast items. Easy to make, tasty, nutritious. Shared with my sister and some of my friends. Thank you ma'm.

    I love this dosa. Tried it a few times and it's been a big hit with the family. I skip coconut but add mint and coriander. The combination of cucumber and rice is amazing. Thanks for starting your channel and for sharing your food knowledge with everyone.

      @@thinkgood7412 it's rice that has been pressed flat (like rolled oats, but with rice). afaik it's only available in Indian grocery stores.

    Amazing. Was wondering what to eat today at the same time wondering what to go with my cucumber as I didn’t want to eat it raw as I had abdominal pain yesterday. Today I had oats for breakfast and lunch I had an apple and mango. This is a very good treat to me today as well as in the future. Very health but of course I may not get all the ingredients you mentioned. Thanks

    Thank you Nisha ji for this easy and tasty recipe! I made it last night for dinner and my toddler loved it. :) I didn't have fresh coconut, so I used desiccated instead and some left over rice as you had suggested. Served the dosa with tomato chutney... yum! Thanks again!

    Interesting recipe. Other than the cucumber and the rice, most of the other ingredients are not available in our local supermarkets. I would have to go search for specialty supermarkets or try to find them online. Either way, thank you for the video. I just recently discovered your channel.
